Dear customer Ravi,

Referring to an economic refund our administration authorized a reimbursement equivalent to the 50% of your purchase it is
190Euros, we can not refund the the total prize because we must hold the activation and purchase expenses that we must pay to our
internet provider.

In order to proceed with the refund we need that you please help us with the following information:

Bank Name:
Account Type:
Bank account Number:
Bank account Owner:
Bank account Owner address and postal code:
City:
BIC/SWIFT Code:
IBAN/Other information:

Please, take in account the following notes:

• In Italy, when a company must do a reimbursement for any product, it has to do it through a bank transaction, in that way
the regulator entity controls the transaction and verifies the funds comes from legal actions. The legislation of Italy, does
not see as a legal instrument for making reimbursements the use of Western Union, checks, Pay Pal or any other similar
option. For all companies the method for making money refunds is the bank transfer where you can trace the trail of the
reimbursement.

So, the only way in which we can make the refund is through a bank transfer. So, we need the information above. It is no
possible to make it by any other payment method.

• In order to send your bank information to our accounting department we need a SWIFT CODE. We need you to provide
us with that number. You should contact your bank, so they can give it to you. It is used when transferring money
between banks, particularly for international wire transfers.

The Swift code consists of 8 or 11 characters. When 8-digits code is given, it refers to the primary office. The code
formatted as below;
AAAA BB CC DDD
First 4 characters - bank code (only letters)
Next 2 characters - ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code (only letters)
Next 2 characters - location code (letters and digits) (passive participant will have "1" in the second character)
Last 3 characters - branch code, optional ('XXX' for primary office) (letters and digits)

If your bank has NOT a SWIFT code, you can provide a friend or relative account that has a SWIFT code where we can
make the international wire transfer.

I will be waiting your answer.
