v. Human Resource Control Policies

The Human Resource Control Policies will include the following:

 An applicant will be assessed based on the managerial requirements

that will be imposed in the company.

A job description will be presented to the applicant and position

requirements will also be introduced. Also included are the

opportunities for growth, potential challenges, promotion possibilities,

and level of pay and other fundamental benefits and trials one may

encounter while entering the business. The assessors will decide

whether the applicant passed the assessment or not.

 The assessment will include the applicant’s desire to manage,

communication skills and empathy, integrity and honesty, and his/her

past performance as a manager/employee.


 The said characteristics will be observed through the applicant’s

knowledge of the job, skills, abilities, aptitudes, motivation, and past

performance.
After the recruitment and selection, the employee will be placed in a

position where he/she can really utilize his/her managerial skills.

Promotions will vary depending on how well the employee performs. If

problems will arise regarding the employee’s actions and conformance

of his/her duty, appropriate actions by the management will be

observed.
