Dear Hon. Cabaring

Please be informed that a report was received to this office that there has been an alleged
illegal extraction of mineral resources located at your barangay, wherein three(3) contractors have
been allegedly involved, in the extraction and hauling of mineral resources, namely: CHARLES, EQUI-
PARCO, and MINDAROCK. As per record, there was no quarry permit issued to the said contractors in
Barangay Basak.

In as much as there is a violation of some of the provisions, laws, and regulation under the
small scale mining law, and in conusance with the Philippine Mining Act of 1995(R.A. no. 7942), the
Bukidnon Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO) is hereby ordering you to stop any on-
going illegal extraction of mineral resources as mentioned above, to avoid any pursuance of any legal
action by the Provincial Governor. In relation to this, we would invite to appear to the BENRO office to
shed light regarding such allegation within 3 days upon receipt of this letter..

Please be informed that an incident report was submitted by our quarry inspectors that there
has been an alleged illegal extraction of mineral resources located at your barangay, wherein
three(3) contractors have been reported, extracting and hauling mineral resources namely: CHARLES,
EQUI-PARCO, and MINDAROCK. As per record in the office of BENRO, there is no recorded any
quarry permit holders in the area of Barangay Basak.
