Subject Air-conditioning for Incubation Space

Preamble It was initially proposed by The Consultant to use

Combination of VRV Units, TFA Units and Water
Cooled Chiller for the Air-conditioning of IT Tower.

Details There is saving of Rs.428 Crores on the span of 20

Years in the air-conditioning system with using District
Cooling instead of Combination of VRV Units, TFA
Units and Water Cooled Chiller as proposed by
Consultant for SEZ and Non SEZ IT Tower, detailed
break up is enclosed.

Recommendation It is recommended to use District Cooling for air-

conditioning of SEZ and Non SEZ IT Towers and the
same is proposed for Mall, Hotels and Signature Tower
also.
