ATMContent ™Appliance
ATMContentPro is a comprehensive appliance based delivery model for TEKchand’s ATMLive ManagerTM
Application. The appliance is pre-configured with everything you need—hardware, OS, Databases, security

ATM Manager
ATMContent Manager is the only solution you need to manage your
screens and support marketing messages on multi-vendor devices,
including OS/2, without hardware and software replacement.
Regardless of where you are in your ATM life cycle, ATMContent
Manager allows you to leverage your entire investment to date, and
evolves with your ATM strategy without worrying about continuity
in the customer experience. ATMContent Manager’s intuitive
web based interface makes self-management of ATM marketing
messages easy on most ATMs/Kiosks.

Vendor Campaign management


Product Summary: A remote management solution for the delivery and deployment of vendor campaign objects and personality files
on respective vendor devices. This product function allows customers who want to continue using vendor specific campaign tools such
as Diebold Campaign Office™ and NCR Promote™ to create their marketing campaigns to use the TEKchand platform as a distribution
server with multi-vendor support to deliver campaigns to ATMs.

ATM Manager™

ATM Manager
ATMPersonalization Manager is a set of add-on programs for
the ATMLive Manager Platform that can be deployed as a stand-
alone solution, or as an integrated component of the ATMContent
Manager application. ATMPersonalization Manager helps enable a
more dynamic and personalized customer experience at the ATM
by integrating the ATM Channel with your core CRM systems and
strategy. The product provides two (2) core functions. First, it’s an
end-to-end, easy to implement solution for managing cardholder
preferences on both legacy state-screen ATMs, as well as
Windows-based ATMs. Second, it’s the underlying architecture for
conducting enhanced CRM functions on ATMs, including targeted
1-to-1 marketing campaigns, and the sending of a personalized
SMS alerts upon execution of ATM transactions.

Cardholder Preferences
Product Summary: A complete solution for managing cardholder preferences (Language, Fast Cash, and Receipt) for multi-vendor
Self-Service Terminals—from the capturing of preferences at the device (or via Internet Banking web interface) for storing to a central
database, to the management of preference data for MIS functions via a secure web interface.

PwrCRMTM Campaigns
Product Summary: This product enables real-time and 1-to-1 targeted messages for ATMs and Kiosks that support the TEKchand
PwrHTMLTM Campaign Manager product. ATM users will now receive messages that are appropriate, timely, and relevant, allowing
banks to integrate the ATM channel with their overall CRM strategy. The PwrCRMTM product adds a sophisticated front-end (web-
based user interface built on Web 2.0 technologies) and a powerful back-end (TEKCRM Client-Server system built using Web Services
and Open Internet-friendly software standards) specifically designed for Self-Service Terminals. It can manage all CRM and targeted
marketing related functions, including: establishing/loading cardholder profiles, the content library and customer attribute/profile rule
base for targeting messages; establishing 3rd party CRM system connectors; and the development, management, and analysis of a
1-to-1 targeted marketing campaign. Using real-time communication with the CRM server during the transaction and consumer flow, the
PwrCRMTM product makes sure that the intelligent design does not compromise or deprecate the user experience at the ATM.

ATM Manager

ATM Manager
ATMRemote Manager is a client-server system with an intuitive
web-interface for the remote management of Windows-based
ATMs, from EJ Upload and Management, to Remote Deposit
Capture, to Asset and Patch Management. The product can
be licensed as a stand-alone system, or can be combined with
the ATMContent Manager. ATMRemote Manager, like other
TEKchand products, interfaces with the ATM via an agent
developed by TEKchand specifically for ATMs.
TEKchand is working with Novell to interface the Novell
ZENworks® product with the ATMRemote Manager for a
more feature rich and advanced solution for Remote Patch
Management.

EJ Manager
Product Summary: A complete solution for uploading, viewing, and managing EJ Data from multi-vendor Self-Service Terminals.
The EJ data is captured in real-time or end-of-day basis and uploaded to the ATMLive Server, where it is normalized to a single
standard and inserted to a secure/encrypted database for Search and Reporting functions.

How it works: Features:

Remote Deposit Capture


Product Summary: A complete solution for uploading and consolidating remote deposit files (check images + xml) from multi-
vendor Windows based Self-Service Terminals. The Check Images are captured in real-time, and uploaded to the ATMLive Image
Consolidation Server. The captured files from different vendors can be translated to a single image format (ex: BMP or GIF) and a
single XML format with transaction data (xml formats vary from vendor to vendor).
