Introduction
I wrote the spells included in this book over a period of six months and it was the most
fun I’ve had writing in a very long time. I used the energy and correspondences that I
personally associate with the traditional Rider-Waite Tarot deck. In fact, if you were,
right now, to purchase or if you already have purchased, one of the 78 Tarot Spell Kits
that are available on my website (www.lunarwisdom.net) you would find that a Giant
Rider-Waite Tarot card corresponding with the spell is included in the kit however it is
not vital that you use the Rider-Waite for these spells to be successful.
I encourage you, the spellcaster, to use whichever Tarot deck you most resonate with.
I also recommend that you to make the spells your own. You can do this by any of
the following ways:
• change the visualization that is included in the spell

• use a different incense
• replace the candle with one of a different color
• reword the incantation
• use a different Tarot card
For you to follow each spell included in this book in the exact way I have written and
present them here is not what is most important when you cast the spell; this is not
what will bring about the manifestation of the desired intention. The success with the
manifestation is completely dependent on you and your own magick. With this in
mind, read what I’ve crafted and if it doesn’t feel right to you then change it – make it
your own, make it feel right to you. Now go make some magick!

0 – The Fool Tarot Spell
Intention: completion of a personal quest or task

Target: self
Timing: dawn on Sunday or Tuesday during New Moon
(March or April is the best)
• The Fool Tarot Card

• Cinnamon incense
• Red candle

Be sure you are in a place where you will not be disturbed.
Light the incense.

Close your eyes and focus on your intention as you breathe in the scent of the
incense.
Visualize yourself completing the project or personal quest or task. Imagine all the
possible details. Feel the happiness you have at completion. Once you have the
picture in your mind open your eyes.
Place the Tarot Card on a flat surface and the candle in a holder on top of the card.
Light the candle.
Take a moment and look into this sacred flame. Within this flame is the power of
success.
Read aloud the incantation.
Incantation:
“As I start this my quest,
By The Lady and Lord I am blessed.
The journey of The Fool I begin,
To complete my task, to finish, to win.
It is by the New Moon I shall be done,
I will have completed what I’ve begun.
By the free will of all this is my plea,

About the Author
CricketSong is the founder of Lunar Wisdom and editor of the online magazine, Circle
of Friends. She is a non-Traditional Wiccan Witch that has been reading Tarot
professionally since 2006. She is a homeschooling mom with two children; ages
fifteen and eleven. She was handfasted to her best-friend and twin flame,
PhoenixWitchwood, in May of 2008.
CricketSong has traveled many different spiritual paths during her life: she was raised
Roman Catholic, was a member of a Methodist congregation; was baptized one of
Jehovah’s Witness and finally found paganism in 2004. After her year-and-a-day
studies, she self-Dedicated to God Herself and has not left this crooked path since.
Currently she is the High Priestess of Lunar Wisdom Coven, which is a non-
