1. Performance characteristics of QJB submersible mixer：
1.1 QJB submersible mixer has the advantages of compact structure, simple
operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance and long
service life.
1.2 The impeller has the best hydraulic structure design, high work efficiency,
swept blade has self-cleaning function can prevent debris around, clogging.
1.3 Combined with the aeration system, the energy consumption can be
greatly reduced, the oxygen charging capacity can be improved obviously, and
the precipitation can be effectively prevented.
1.4 The insulation level of motor winding is F, the protection grade is IP68,
and the motor anti condensation device with imported bearings and exclusive
patent is adopted, which makes the work of the motor more safe and reliable.
1.5 Two mechanical seals,the material is tungsten carbide,all exposed
fasteners are stainless steel.
2. Scope of application of QJB submersible mixer:
2.1 The mixer shall be able to operate normally and continuously under the
following conditions
2.2 The highest medium temperature is not more than 40 degrees;
2.3 The pH value of the medium is between 5-9;
2.4 Liquid density is not more than 1.15 kg / m3;
2.5 Long term diving operation, diving depth is generally not more than 20m.
3. Considerations for type selection of QJB submersible mixer:
3.1 The selection of submersible mixer is a rather complicated task,whether
the selection is correct or not will directly affect the normal use of the
equipment,s the principle of selection, it is necessary to make the mixer play
the full mixing function in the suitable volume,generally determined by flow
velocity.According to the technological requirements of different sewage
treatment plant, the optimum flow mixer should ensure that between
0.15~0.3m/s, if less than the velocity of 0.15m/s is not up to the push flow
mixing effect, more than 0.3m/s of the velocity will affect the process and effect
caused by waste.Therefore, in the selection before the first determine the place
where QJB mixers are used, such as: sewage, sludge pool, biochemical pool;
next is the parameter of the medium, such as: suspended solids content,
viscosity, temperature, pH value; and the shape of the pool, water depth and so
on.
3.2 The required power of the submersible mixer is determined by volume,
density of agitation liquid and mixing depth, and one or more mixers are used
according to specific conditions.
4. QJB submersible mixer installation attention:
4.1 Installation location must ensure that the mixer can be conveniently
improved during overhaul.
4.2 Check the electrical terminals, insulation resistance to the ground shall
not be less than 5 megohm.
4.3 If the power supply is far away from the mixer, the line loss shall be
considered, and the cross sectional area of the cable shall be increased. The
joints shall be as small as possible and the joint shall be sealed.
4.4 If the mixer has a dedicated control cabinet, pay attention to whether the
wiring is correct, the starting device is flexible, the contact is good, the metal
shell of the starting device is reliable grounding, check all cable is loose or not,
and re tighten again.
4.5 When installing, choose a good fixed position first, and the fixed position
needs to be leveled. Mark the mounting panel first, then drill and fix.
4.6 After installing the fixing plate, put the mixer into the mixing tank and fix
the mixer on the fixed plate.
4.7 Connection method: 380V wires select wiring mode according to motor
nameplate.

5. Installation system of QJB submersible mixer:

5.1 The special installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly
install and disassemble the submersible mixer without the need to drain the
sewage from the tank.
5.2 When the depth of the pool H < 4 m, is recommended to use Installation
system I.The diving depth can be adjusted in vertical direction according to the
needs,and the guide rod is rotated around the maximum angle of 60 degrees in
the horizontal plane.The lifting system base, the bracket and the bottom
bracket,the connection between the pool with the expansion bolt, without
preformed holes.
5.3 The installation system II, III, IV, VI suitable for pool depth is larger than
4m, the guide rod in the horizontal direction along the guide rod axis of rotation,
the maximum angle of -60°~+60°,when the pool depth greater than 4 meters,
a supporting frame should be added to the middle of the guide bar.
5.4 The customer ordering, please provide the deep pool H and pool type
map,in order to factory determine the size of the guide rod or the guide wire
when processing.The material of the mounting system is made of stainless
steel (or carbon steel).Installation system in addition to the guide rod or the
guide wire, lifting base, multi submersible mixer can share a set of lifting
devices (users have special requirements except).
6. Installation diagram of QJB submersible mixer
6.1 The guide rod or the guide wire should be Keep perpendicular to the
level , can use lead correction;
6.2 When lifting the submersible mixer, the upper end of the impeller should
be tilted 5 degrees -10 degrees
6.3 Through the adjustment of the chain on the lifting device, when the
submersible mixer slides along the guide bar or the guiding steel wire, the
lifting gravity center of the hook and the diving mixer is on the same vertical
line.

7. QJB submersible mixer starts operation

7.1 After closing, do not start the mixer immediately, and check the mixer
through the control system,if a fault occurs (flashing alarm or alarm on the
control cabinet), check and troubleshoot, and then start,If the motor does not
turn, it should be promptly and decisively pull the brake, should be checked and
troubleshooting, so as not to damage the motor.
7.2 After starting the mixer, should pay attention to observe the motor and
circuit, voltmeter and ammeter, if there is abnormal phenomenon, should stop
immediately, find out the reason, after troubleshooting, can restart again.
7.3 When several mixers are powered by a transformer, they can not be
started at the same time. They should be started from large to small, and
should be stopped from small to large by the time they stop.
8. Maintenance of QJB submersible mixer
8.1 Safety precaution
Before starting the maintenance of the equipment, make sure that the
submersible mixer is cut off from the power supply and can not be accidentally
started. To avoid injury, pay attention to the condition of damaged and worn
components.
Ensure the stability of a submersible mixer or its components to ensure that
they do not roll or backward slip to avoid damage to persons or damage.
8.2 Check the cycle and check the matter
8.2.1 Check the cycle
Regular inspection and maintenance can ensure the operation of
submersible mixer more reliable.

8.3 Oil injection and change oil

The oil chamber of the submersible mixer has been injected with proper
lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The oil should be replaced annually
The oil change shall be carried out in the following manner:
The submersible mixer impeller upward, remove impeller nut, remove
impeller, remove the mechanical seal, and then remove the three screws of the
oil chamber cover, and then use the washing oil to clean the oil chamber, and
then injected into the amount of the lubricating oil (hydraulic oil No. 46 or no.
90 gear oil or 20 oil). Finally, the disassembled parts are mounted in turn.
• Replace bearing seal ring;
• Change oil;
• Sealing ring at the entrance of the cable,replace watertight cables when
necessary;
• Replace mechanical seal.
