The Candidate accepts that the TL accepts to provide a Data Entry project. The billing
amount will be paid to the Candidate after 12 working days from the date of INVOICE
submitting to the Company subjects to conditions set out and agreed between either parties.
The completion of work should be minimum of 100 lines per day, if the candidate is
working as part time & minimum of 200 lines if the candidate is working as full time. The
next project will be provided based on the performance on their previous projects. The
INVOICE will be raised at the end of every month (i.e.) 30th or 31st, and the billing amount
will be provided 12days after the date of INVOICE. In case of non-compliance of any agreed
TAT (and not intimated well in advance) the candidate will be penalized by 10% invoice
amount of that particular batch/ request.
We will review the results of services provided by the Candidate under this project
assignment. All work products of candidates’ are subjected to reasonable review and
approval by the company. We will check the documents forwarded by the Candidate. The QC
report will be provided and the error will be highlighted within 2 days after submission and
the time will be provided for rework based on file work.
If the document is rejected, the Candidate needs to rework on the entire document and
ensure that the redelivered document meets the accuracy benchmark.
The company will provide rework only once for a document, so the Candidate should
maintain 100% quality to get full payment.
If our company still finds error’s in the re-delivered documents, then the company
won’t pay for that document. An account of continuous repeated errors found and intimated
again and again more than 2 times a project will be terminated for that Candidate without any
reason.

3. Should consist of only one designation, if more than one designation is found that will be
considered as an ERROR.
5. In case C-LEVEL EMPLOYEE is not found "(ref)" can be put for VP, GM, BDM, CO-
FOUNDER or DIRECTOR ONLY.
7. No capital letters, Special character other than _ (underscore & @ ) is allowed in email and
website Column.
10. If abbreviations found in Company Name column Try to find out Full Form.

Quality Instruction:
1. Font style should be in Times New Roman and font size should be in 12 for the body
text.
2. Don’t change the order of the headings while doing live work.
3. No spaces should be there before and after any content.
4. Each word should be capitalized.
5. Wraps text should not be used.
6. All the attributes should be in centimeter (cm). E.g.: weight, width, height etc.
7. If any of the column not present, in that particular column mention as N/A should be
in right alignment.
8. Company title and Web Description should be taken only from the manufacturing
site.
