QUESTIONAIRE FOR RERA

1. Cost of Construction of amenities like club house, Garden, Temple, HTP etc. Are to
be included in which head (Construction Cost or Development Cost)

2. In ongoing project registration of few units is done on built-up area, weather rest
unit’s registration is to be done as per RERA carpet or built-up area.

3. If promoter constructs building by his own fund up to completion, He will sell all the
flats only after OC. In that case RERA registration is required or not.

4. Can we mention the areas as per the following formats on 1st page of Agreement?
REARA Carpet Balcony Cupboards Terrace Weather Shed

5. Book flats (unregistered) shall be considered in which category (Sold or Unsold


Inventory)

6. Weather it is needed to upload whole set of sanction drawings along with sanction
letter?

7. NA plotting layout is developed along with all amenities & partly plots are sold &
partly to be sold. In such a case RERA registration is necessary or not?

8. Interests on unsecured loans can be considered in project cost or not?

9. There are 3 phases in projects & one phase is completed with OC before 1 st May
2017, we are doing Registration for 2nd & 3rd Phase. Weather RERA act for Society
Registration & Conveyance deed is applicable for 1st Phase or Not?

10. In ongoing projects no single registration is done however there are some flats are
booked by receiving booking amounts. Now we want to revise the plan in that case
consent of booked unit holders is necessary or not?
