Team Evaluations

The purpose of the Team Evaluation is to address the effectiveness of individual and group
member team performance. The ratings and input you provide will assist in assigning points for
the team assignments associated with this course.

You are responsible for submitting your entire evaluation to your instructor by the due date. The
evaluations are confidential and therefore will only be seen by your instructor. If you do not
submit an evaluation for each team member and for yourself, you will not receive any points
designated for this assignment.
