Good day and Praise God for the gift of life!

The Department of Education (DepEd), in collaboration with other government and non-go
vernment organizations (NGOs), will celebrate the 2018 National Intellectual Disability Week this
February 2018 pursuant to the enclosed presidential Proclamation No. 1385, s.1975. The celebration aims
to promote and develop strong advocacy and awareness of the public on the needs of children and
youth with intellectual disability and to promote understanding their nature so that they can be
embraced warmly by their communities.

In accordance with the national mandate, Valencia City Central School-SPED Center will be
initiating 3-day activity for the said celebration. Part of the culminating activity is the Search for Mr.
Possibilities 2018 at VCCS Mini-gymnasium on February 28, 2018, Wednesday.

In view hereof, we would like to ask for your heartwarming support to our activity through
donations whether monetary or in kind.
