Bridge Builder Funds Guidelines

( Effective Jan. 1, 2018 - beginning of the 2018-19 school year)

The Bridge Builder Committee will need at least one representative from each
grade level/group to help keep the school and committee informed of things going
on within that grade level/group. This committee will also come together to plan
events that will help to boost morale within the school and community.
Each staff member is responsible for paying yearly committee dues. This year it
is $10for certified staff and $5 for classified staff. If the school needs grow, the amount
is subject to change, or we may need to ask for additional contributions during
the year. Dues will be spent according to the following guidelines.
Going forward we will plan to set up this committee for the next year before the
current year ends. This way the guidelines will be set up or adjusted before the following
year starts.

Collection of Funds
Each grade level representative will collect and receipt money for their grade level team.
This money and the receipts will be turned into Sara daily. If a team member is paying
by credit card Ami Elliott will collect and receipt the staff member. That staff member
should let the grade level representative know if they paid Ami. The grade level
representative should keep a checklist to let the committee know when all funds for the
grade are collected. This year our goal is to collect all dues by Jan. 30, 2018.
