Biosound/Esaote MyLab

I have a Biosound MyLab 25 and it does not keep the current date. I have to manually put it in every time I turn it on. I
know there is a small battery that supports this function (like a watch battery). Can someone please tell me the
location of this battery and if you know the battery item number.

The MyLab25 and 30 have the battery in the CPU board. The battery is a CR 2025. Is necessary to remove the
connectors board and gain access to the other boards. When you replaced the battery you will need a USB keyboard to
setup Bios. When the system boot up try pressing F2 or F4 i'm not sure but one of the key show the Bios screen. Before
to replace the battery try to enter in Bios. Good luck.

You need a CR2032 battery which is located on the processor board

Greetings,
I need a service manual or a procedure to get into the OS.
Looks like the memory is full or start-up is corrupted.
Locked out of the keyboard ,disk icon flashing.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi!
After replacing CMOS battery in MyLab25 Gold I have serious problem with machine. It don't recognize
archive hard disk . Icon hard disk on screen flashing in yellow but sometime hard disk starts (?!). I
urgently need service manual. My email is au@z4.pl

I have the same problem. It is gone when i add the service Key, but after the next Booting there is the blinking HDD
symbol. Can you help me please ? Greetings from Bavaria !

When this is happening and the unit does not get unstuck, it means the
processor board HD is failing or the complete PCB.Do you have the origunal
software?
You could try to change the HD and reinstal the software.
This will also require the service key

Have a costumer that the software on an Esaote C MR is corrupted, they don't have the software on site. Any
suggestions?

You need to reload software and restore using the service backup foe the options to work again. We have these disks.

please note that to chang the laguage you need a service key that will enable you to enter the service menu.

I can get you the 11.21 level...it should worki will check it but in order to install it you need a service key given by
esaote.
If you dont have it you will not be able to unlock the option in the menu that allow the upgrade
