FEATURES
xxxxxxx is a reinforced neutral thermally conductive silicone adhesive with great adhesion,
heat transferring and dissipating.
Excellent in cold and high alternating resistance (-600C~ 2800C).
No peeling and good dissipating after long time usage.
The silicone with high bonding strength by its reinforced parts, the shear strength≥18kg/cm3,
and peel strength ≥ 6kg/cm3
XXXXX is one part, room cure thixotropic silicone elastomer, and packing in soft metal tube.
APPLICATION
This elastomer replace thermal conductive silicone grease or paste in filling and bonding of
CPU, PCB, thyristor control modules, and high-power electronics modules with radiators(heat
sinks), etc.
This elastomer instead of traditional ways with its good use and low cost.

HOW TO USE

◆Preparation
Clean the surfaces by removing the rust, ash, and oil, etc.

◆Application
Pierce the opening with the tip of the cap. Fix the nozzle, and coat the surface evenly with the
adhesives, then assemble two parts.

◆Curing Condition
Put the surfaces in air to make it get full cure. The curing progress is from outer surface into
inner surface. The elastomer can get cure with the depth of 2~4mm in 24 hours (at room
temperature, 55% moisture), if the sections is too deep (especially the parts not easy to
contact with air) or the temperature is too low, the cure time will be extend.
Advise users preparing enough time to let elastomer get full cure in order to stable its
properties before the next disposing or packaging.

◆Attention
1. After the application, screw its nozzle tightly and store in dry and cool place for next time
using.
2. Some cured adhesives around the opening when you use it again, just remove the cured,
and use the uncured.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

Store in cool and dry place, the shelf life is 12 months (≤250C)
