SUBJECT: One School - One Inmate Drive

1. The Caceres Commission on Prison Welfare(CCPW) is a Social Action Welfare

Arm of the Archdiocese of Caceres that renders social and pastoral services to
the Jails inside the Division of Camarines Sur.

2. Inspired by the words of Jesus, “I was in prison and you visited me”, the
Archdiocese initiated the program dubbed as Gather, Go, and Give to
Prisoners(3G-P). This is a Toiletry Drive Campaign designed within the
context of Values Education and GMRC of our Students/Pupils.

3. The SDO Camarines Sur is supporting a campaign showcasing the Social and
Pastoral Responsibilities of each one in helping our Brothers and Sisters who
are in Jails within the Division.

4. In the Spirit of Partnership, all Schools in the Division of Camarines Sur

(Elementary and Secondary) are hereby enjoined to support the Toiletry
Drive Campaign. Each school shall help an inmate to be given toiletries
from the teachers and students/ pupils. The School Heads shall facilitate the
gathering of the toiletries and packing them inside a box. The PSDSs shall
consolidate the boxes for turn-over to the SGOD office thru the Division
Partnership Focal Person, Dominico B. Versoza, Jr.. PDO I with cp#
09338579641 for proper accounting and acknowledgment.

5. The toiletries may include small bath soaps, laundry soaps, toothpaste
sachets, cottons, hygienic alcohol and the like.

6. The gathering period of toiletries within the schools will be from July 19 to
31, 2018. Deadline of turn-over by the PSDSs to SGOD office will be on
August 10, 2018. The scheduled date of Turn-over to the Archdiocese by
the SDO will be on August 15, 2018 (Feast Day o f Assumption).
