INFORMATION

Undersigned, Asst. Provincial Prosecutor of Leyte, accuses

HUBERT A. BAUTISTA, for the crime of Violation of Sec. 5, Art. 2 of
R.A. 9165, committed as follows:

That on or about, the 29th day of June 2018, in Tacloban City,

Leyte, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the above named accused, did then and there, willfully,
unlawfully, feloniously, and without legal authority, sell and give to
Poseur-Buyer SPO2 Elmer P. Reyes, one (1) piece of small plastic
sachet containing white crystalline substance found to be with the
presence of methamphetamine hydrochloride, a known dangerous
drug/substance locally known as “shabu” for the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED PESOS (Php 500.00), which sachet was subsequently
marked as “LAB” approximately weighing 0.0262 gram, in violation
of Sec. 5, Art. 2 of R.A. 9165.
