The Research and Preparation Day is all about getting to know the organization and stakeholders better acting as a
kick-off for a stronger, more relevant and more impactful Springboard Programme for all.

The Follow-Up Progress Session is a way to create addtional ownership and accountability for the goals
each individual will set across their Springboard Programme journey.
