MARTIN’S VACATION

Martin had a terrible day yesterday. It was the day of his vacation to Spain but it was a
nightmare. He left the house at l0 o‘clock in the morning and caught a taxi to the airport.

Martin went to the check-in with his luggage. When the man who worked for the airline
asked for his passport, Martin became very upset. Where was his passport? Martin
realized he didn't have his passport with him. What a disaster!

He jumped back into the taxi and told the driver to take him home. The driver drove quickly
and Martin arrived back at his house in twenty minutes.

He ran into the house and went into his bedroom. He found his passport on the bedside
table and left the house again. But the taxi wasn't there! Wltere was the taxi!

Martin jumped up and down angrily. "I don't believe it. The taxi left!" he shouted. He ran
down the street and looked for another taxi.

Afler a few minutes, Martin found another taxi and told the driver to take him to the airport
as quickly as possible. The traffic on the roads was very bad and. unfortunately. Martin's
taxi arrived at the airport late. His plane lefl for Spain at 1 L30 and Martin missed it. He
was very sad and went to speak to the airline. They promised to get him a seat on an
evening flight and Martin went home on another taxi to wait.

THE FRIEND THAT ONE DAY WAS AND THAT NOW IS NOT

In 2015, when I was a student at the Daniel Villar de Caraz Institute, a tragic and very
painful event happened in my life, which I still remember with nostalgia a friend with whom
we had shared many joys and sadness, died in a terrible traffic accident.

It was a happy person I still remember when we went for a walk to the city of San Luis, in
the Callejón de los Conchucos, where we had the opportunity to take pictures of the snow
at the point called Punta Olimpica, we had lunch at a restaurant in the area, We visit the
church of Our Lady of the Assumption of Chacas, in order to remember unforgettable. That
they will be part of me, which I carry my heart, as a living memory of a person who in life
has a lot of esteem and that now that I am not always remembering.

VACACIONES DE MARTIN

Martin tuvo un día terrible ayer. Era el día de sus vacaciones en España pero era un
pesadilla. Salió de la casa a las 10 en punto de la mañana y tomó un taxi hasta el
aeropuerto.

Martin fue al check-in con su equipaje. Cuando el hombre que trabajaba para la aerolínea
pidió su pasaporte, Martin se enojó mucho. ¿Dónde estaba su pasaporte? Martin se dio
cuenta de que no tenía su pasaporte con él. ¡Qué desastre!

Saltó de vuelta al taxi y le dijo al conductor que lo llevara a casa. El conductor condujo
rápidamente y Martin regresó a su casa en veinte minutos.

Corrió a la casa y se fue a su habitación. Encontró su pasaporte en la mesita de noche y

salió de la casa de nuevo. ¡Pero el taxi no estaba allí! ¡Wltere era el taxi!

Martin saltó de arriba abajo enojado. "No lo creo. ¡El taxi se fue!" él gritó. El corrió
calle abajo y buscó otro taxi.

Después de algunos minutos, Martin encontró otro taxi y le dijo al conductor que lo llevara
al aeropuerto lo más rápido posible. El trá fi co en las carreteras fue muy malo y.
Desafortunadamente. El taxi de Martin llegó tarde al aeropuerto. Su avión volaba para
España a 1 L30 y Martin lo perdió. Estaba muy triste y fue a hablar con la aerolínea.
Prometieron buscarle un asiento en un vuelo nocturno y Martin se fue a su casa en otro
taxi para esperar.

LA AMIGA QUE UN DÍA FUE Y QUE AHORA NO ESTA

En 2015, cuando era estudiante en el Instituto Daniel Villar de Caraz, sucedió un evento
trágico y muy doloroso en mi vida, que todavía recuerdo con nostalgia a una amiga con el
que compartimos muchas alegrías y tristezas, muerto en un tráfico terrible accidente.

Era una persona feliz que todavía recuerdo cuando fuimos a caminar a la ciudad de San
Luis, en el Callejón de los Conchucos, donde tuvimos la oportunidad de tomar fotos de la
nieve en el punto llamado Punta Olímpica, almorzamos en un restaurante en la zona,
visitamos la iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Chacas, para recordar
inolvidable. Que serán parte de mí, que llevo mi corazón, como un recuerdo vivo de una
persona que en la vida tiene mucha estima y que ahora que no siempre estoy recordando.
