Since March´18 to till date with Mundo Startel S.A. in Luanda, Angola –Network Head
Managing 24x7 Customer network operations team of Lead Engineers to provide Level 1/2 support on
Data, Transmission and Voice services and improve the IT Service Management processes across different
geographies.

Since Aug’14 to Feb’18 with Ericsson India Global Services as Sr. Engineer (Papua New Gunia)
Provisioning of IP/Ethernet, SDH and IP, Ethernet Ring protection, QoS, E-LAN/E-LINE and VLAN services,
using IPTNMS configuration of TDM circuits. Configuration and Performance management of MLTN, SP,
OMS and SPO.
Analyzed the Existing Network and provided recommendations in terms of frequency retuning, power
adjustments, High-Low Violations, Capacity Up gradation, removing out of Band Frequencies from
Network, Hardware Changes for Network availability improvements.
Rerouting necessary links in order to improve transmission performance.
Analyzed Network performance compared to the competition and developed plans to improve
performance.
Reports and reviews with superiors’ significant events, key/critical observations and concerns to operation
& maintenance procedures as applicable.
Ensures that all activities are carried out as per the project plan and are compliant with Company

Configure Ethernet Switch, VLAN, and LAG & set QOS for IP sites of 2G, 3G, and LTE & WiMAX & Business
Customer using MLTN R4 nodes having plug-in unit’s ETU, NPU3B, NPU1C, and MMU2D & MMU2H.
Microwave network performance analysis using SO-EM G.826 performance & link RSL report. Take
necessary actions to improve the network quality
Existing network interference analyses and frequency re-planning.
Configure DCN over E1 & VLAN to ensure remote access & SO-EM visibility of TN nodes.
Impact analysis of transmission Planned Work Activity & Work Order & implement as per severity in the

2000 series using latest version of OMT.
Managed Ericsson Microwave Hops (0.6, 1.2, and 1.8) for the desired Links, Ericsson MMU (4 X 2), (8 X 2),
(16 X 2) & SMU (Switch multiplex Unit) required transferring more than 4 E1’s from one point to other.
