Section One
Standard Operating Procedure
A Standard Operating Procedure, or an "SOP," is a document containing instructions on
how to perform a task. It ensures that routine jobs get performed safely and in compliance
with applicable regulations.
SOP 1
a. Greeting and welcoming guests. j. Service and clear up the appetizer.
b. Reservation. k. Service and clear up soup.

d. Opening the napkin. m. Crumbing down.

For the best service do all the steps politely and friendly.

 Tell that you hope the guest enjoy his/her stay.
