 Reading and understanding P&ID drawings, electrical drawings, control logic diagrams
and making bill of material according to drawings.
 Making installation and connection drawings for electrical, instrument and control
system by using AutoCAD.
 Programming PLC controllers and designing operation screens HMI by using automation
software (for example: Step 7, WinCC Flexible, TIA, Control Builder for AC800M,
Labview…). Programming for Arduino boards.

 2007-2012: Studied at Thai Nguyen University of Technology.
Studying the science subject with title: Application LabView in measurement and
automation control field.
 Practicing at La Hien Cement plant, Thai Nguyen city and making graduate project with
subject: Apply PLC S7-300 and WinCC Flexible 2008 of Siemens to control and supervise
the weight conveyor system at La Hien Cement plant.
 8/2012-2/2015: Site-supervisor Engineer at High quality coated paper Project, An Hoa
paper company.
Studied and learnt for paper making process, especial the High quality coated paper mill.
Understand the processes to making paper, such as: stock preparation, approach system,
paper machine, water treatment, boiler…
Supervising the construction and installation; to check, commissioning and take over for
Electrical and Instrument part of project.
Discussion with contractors and consultant supervisors for handling the problems that
happened when construction. Making progress reports for the parts that be assigned to
project management board, and gave the necessary solutions to ensure the progress schedule
of all project.
 3/2015-6/2016: C&I Technician at Maintenance department, An Hoa paper company.
To correct and troubleshoot the problems that relate to electrical, instrument and
automation when machine running. Guiding the workers to correct and troubleshoot the
new problems. Implement the checking, calibrating for instrument and control equipment,
such as: consistency transmitters, level transmitters, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters,
motors, control valves, solenoid valves, cylinders, positioners…
Making the equipment list for instrument and control system at paper mill. From that,
making plans to purchase spare equipment, with purpose to reduce the stop machine
duration and improve the operation efficient of the mill.
Making historical files to observe the daily operation of instrument and control
equipment. From that, to evaluate the operative productivity of equipment, to manage the
cause that made failure and affect to the mill, so that can give the compatible solution for
prevention.
Making the maintenance plans for equipment periodical, ensuring equipment operate
with good conditions and replacing the equipment that not working correctly.
Combination with Technical Department to design and implement the new installations
of instrument and control equipment that will help operation more convenient and improve
the quality of products.
 7/2016-9/2017: Automation Engineer at Pulp Project Management, VNT19 Pulp and
Paper company.
Review Detail Engineering of Instrument & Automation drawings, documents from
Design Contractor. Support the Indian experts for Instrument & Automation jobs in project.
Study and combine with procurement department when discuss about technical for some
new tenders of the project.
Make schedule for overhauling, erection and commissing of project.
 10/2017-5/2018: Deputy E&A Head Department at Pulp Project Management, VNT19

Design Contractor.
Prepare technical part the bid documents for new package such as: DCS, UPS, Field

Department to final the contract. Following and monitoring the scope of Instrument &
Automation after signed contract.
Make the schedule for overhauling and erection Instrument and Automation part in
project. Supervise the overhauling and erection of Contractor and make the progress report
as requested from Project Management.
Review the procedure for overhauling and erection Instrument equipment. Inspection
after the Contractor finished the overhauling and erection job to ensure the quanlity of
equipment.
