RESPONSIBILITIES
 Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of Reciprocating Chillers, carrier chillers, Trane chillers & York
Chillers.
 Troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
 Replace HVAC equipment (roof top units, condenser coils, evaporator coils, etc.).
 Repair valve boxes. Replace compressors
 Work, troubleshoot Pneumatic controls.
 Work on Motors (troubleshoot, and repair motors)
Maintain monthly inspection and maintenance of HVAC roof motors and fans and replace as needed;
clean, grease and paint all equipment used in heating and ventilation.
