RE: For the professional services of ATTY. _________________________, in the Case for

This will confirm your engagement of my services and Professional Fees that shall be as follows:

1. THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 30, 000.00) as ACCEPTANCE FEE for the instant case
and payable upon confirmation of this agreement. This acceptance fee is non-refundable;
2. THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 3,000.00) as APPEARANCE FEE for every appearance
in court and/or conferences/meetings plus all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection
with the handling of the case and is payable on or before the scheduled court appearance or
conferences/meetings;
3. TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) payable during the PRE-TRIAL of the instant
case;
4. FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 15,000.00) payable upon receipt of a favorable
Decision from the Honorable Court;
5. MOTIONS, AFFIDAVITS AND ANY OTHER PLEADINGS prepared and filed in court
(Php 2, 000.00) payable 2 days before the date of filing;
6. DISBURSEMENTS MADE TO THIRD PARTIES to carry out your matter forward such as
courier travel, process service, searches, transcripts, certificates and photocopying shall be
shouldered by you. A monthly Billing Statement, supported by receipts, for the incurred
expenses shall be sent to you for your perusal. All other items will be supplied as part of my
fee;
7. Should the instant case be settled amicably at any stage of the proceedings, the I shall be
entitled to the total aggregate amount of the aforementioned professional fees;
8. Should the instant case be elevated on Appeal, a separate contract and billing will be agreed
upon ONLY WITH RESPECT TO APPEAL.

I sincerely hope that neither of us will find it necessary to end our relationship early. However, if
either of us decides to end out relationship, I will expect you to pay all outstanding bills before your
file will be released. In like manner, where we both agreed that the professional fees will contingent
with the outcome of the case and the case is withdrawn, I shall be entitled to full payment of the
professional fees counted from the start of the proceedings until the last pleading filed before your
file will be released.
