    Center as a Staff Nurse in Payward ( General Ward ) , effective on ____________.

    Working for Mandaluyong City Medical Center has been a wonderful experience. I
    could not ask for a better group of colleagues. I have grown in many ways here and I
    will always treasure the opportunities provided for me by the hospital. Thank you for
    the professional and personal development you have assisted me over 2 years and
    7 months.

    However, my career has taken a different direction and I feel it is time to move into
    new opportunities and challenges. I believe that I am moving for good
    reasons.Thank you for your support during my time with Mandaluyong City Medical
    Center, which I have found enjoyable and fulfilling.I have learned a great deal under
    your guidance during my stay. Thank you for your trust and patience.
