There’s really not much you can do at home that will get rid of them.
They are subcutaneous encapsulated fat. With these fake remedies to
work they’d have to get through the skin and the capsule the fat is inside
of. If that was possible by simply putting a substance on the skin (it isn’t)
it would have to also kill the fat cells, and even if it could do that the
lipoma would just come back because the capsule would still be there.

There’s some evidence losing weight/fat helps them shrink in some

people, but they don’t go away completely.

The only way to get rid of them is through surgical extraction,

liposuction, or injection/freezing (the injection/freezing things are still
not proven to be e,ective long term, but are showing promise).

I had lympomas shrink considerably on a raw food diet. You don’t
even know they are there unless you really palpate for them. They
use to protrude quite a bit. The body reconstructs itself every day so I
can absolutely believe they can change. Also the skin is the biggest
organ of the body and absorbs nutrients quite well depending on
what the ingredients are. Efa’s helps the application of ointments
and salves to be absorbed into the body. The skin does absorb them
and in some cases better through the skin then the rest of the body.
