FARATEC® JACKING PIPES


FARATEC® Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) pipes have been in production and use
worldwide since 1992. FARATEC® pipes are currently marketed in more than 25
countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

FARATEC® jacking pipes are manufactured in


accordance to ISO 25780 using the continuous FARATEC® Jacking
filament winding manufacturing method (CFW).
The pipes are made of dense laminates of Pipe Advantages
reinforced fiber, resin and silica with a high

Standard Jacking Pipes Injection Nozzle Pipes

FARATEC® Jacking Pipe Couplings
FARATEC® jacking pipes are connected using flush joint couplings. Jacking pipe couplings have an outer diameter
equal to that of the pipe. The coupling seals are made of EPDM and meet EN 681-1 and AS1646 requirements.

FARATEC® GRP Jacking Sleeve coupling


FARATEC® GRP jacking sleeves are made of polyester
Wood Ring Rubber Gasket
resin reinforced with fiberglass. The pipe spigot has a
precision groove housing an EPDM gasket which forms a
Pipe Jacking tight seal with the GRP sleeve. GRP jacking sleeves are
available for all diameters and pressure ratings.

Stainless Steel Sleeve Coupling


Stainless steel sleeve couplings are made of stainless
steel with an EPDM gasket covering the entire width of
the sleeve. The pipe spigot is straight without any
grooves making a tight seal with the gasket. Stainless
steel sleeves are preferred for smaller diameters
