semester will be held on 27.07.2018. Time for registration and advisement is as under. They are advised to meet the
advisors for registration as per detail given below.

1. Advisement : 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM

2. Registration : 2.30 PM. to 3.30 PM

The registration of NCC/NSO/NSS will be done by concerned Incharges in Deans Committee room

1. All Deans of constituent colleges of PAU. They are requested to instruct the concerned course
teachers of their respective college to be present at the time of registration.
2. All Heads of PAU. They are requested to instruct the concerned course teacher of their respective
department to meet the students during registration of Ist Semester, 2018-19. Necessary alternate
arrangements be made if a teacher / official is on leave due to unavoidable circumstances.
3. The Registrar, PAU. He is requested to depute officials for signing of registration cards of the
students.
4. Incharge, NCC/NSO/NSS, COAE&T
5. All Class Inchrages/Advisors
6. PA to Dean, COAE&T
7. A-3, COAET
8. Concerned Messenger/L.A. They are instructed to keep rooms neat & clean for advisement &
registration and be present on their place of duty from 10.00 am to 1.00 PM and from 2.00 PM
till the completion of the registration process.
