I would like to take an opportunity to apply against available vacancy “Assistant
professor” through open category.

I have passed Diploma, Degree, Post-graduation in an electrical engineering


from AICTE approved and University affiliated well known government, and unaided
institutions by obtaining throughout first-class. I have throughout track proven record(for
details refer CV) in academic life. Also I have obtained an industrial assistantship
beginning from the school of polytechnics.

I had obtained invaluable and unique sponsorship from M/S TATA MOTORS LTD.
Pune for M.E. dissertation where I did an improvement in existing system by doing a
remarkable change in high frequency heating process under executive guidance which
justified the attitude towards R&D.

Meanwhile I completed the in-plant vocational trainings offered by multinational


corporate sector industries.

Started teaching as a career, I have taught different subjects from not only core
stream but also from allied stream. I have motivated & guided number of students from
undergraduate course & postgraduate course in an electrical engineering. I have guided
final year group projects and seminars with full potent at Diploma & Degree. I guided PG

guidance creating skilled, energetic, technical human resource for today’s
application oriented industries. Also through the process of consulting& Hand-on
work experience, different problems of industries were considered & it is tried to
provide best economical solution by using academic practices and fundamental
theory approach which creates awareness about company background amongst
students.

Also industry–institute relationship has been strengthened through


different academic programs & all of them have been positively motivated.

Thus through T&P responsibility, I raised myself as a successful motivator,


trainer & academician & a corporate manager & a good team leader. I developed
different motivating tools for students & staff to enhance their academic
performance. An approach of result analysis has been invented & different
methodologies change has been suggested for improvement.

In short, during work period, positive minded efforts have been made to
strengthen industry-institute relationship in a new approach. Also efforts have been
made to change a system by identifying & focusing weak areas inside campus
continuously .Good result track has been maintained over last 8-10 years of
teaching. Good communication has been maintained in and outside of education
campus. Through community cell different social camps have been organized
because of which institutes are on the way of progress & under development.
Last but not least, with confidence, I declare hereby that this application
deserves to get right responsibility with right salary package at right place at
right time in right atmosphere with sincere contribution in development & future
progress of an institute or an integrated campus.
