project.

As per requested, we are pleased to quote as follows:-

(II) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Astar Laboratory Sdn Bhd will provide manpower deployment, equipment mobilisation,
deployment and on site measurement and producing a technical report (i.e. brief data and
operations report including results interpretation and recommendations, where relevant).
2. All tests will be performed in accordance with the methods specified. The results obtained
will be evaluated against Malaysian’s Standards as well as recognised international
standards.
3. Tests results and summary report is expected to take approximately 1-2 weeks upon
completion of field survey.
4. Term of payment shall be within COD upon submission of final summary report.
5. All results obtained will be treated as 'STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL'.
6. We would require 2 weeks lead time for equipment preparation and manpower planning
prior to mobilization on site.
