Background Information

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Blessed Mother reportedly appeared to Judiel Nieva in Agoo, La Union in 1989. It
received great media attention to the extent Jaime Cardinal Sin officiated Mass in the
apparition site. However, in the course of time and the test of time, the Nieva family and
Judiel himself failed to resist the luster of money in the form of donations. The money
supposed to go to building a Church in the apparition site were used for the family's
personal consumption. At the height of this corruption in 1993, the Blessed Virgin Mary
left and began to appear to another. This time in Murphy, Cubao to Allan Rudio. In 1995,
the Church publicly proclaimed the Agoo Apparitions condemned. Messages dating from
1993 onwards seemed duplicates of messages from other seers. The Church was not able
to observe a true change for the better in Judiel Nieva and his family.
The situation of corruption is such that a priest expressed to Allan Rudio that Judiel
Nieva was seen wearing a dress, lipstick and make-up for his 18th birthday.
Judiel Nieva continues to deceive by claiming to still receive messages as reported by
Ethel Valiente, reporter of a weekly magazine, "Women's Journal."
Due to what has unfortunately happened to Judiel Nieva, the Rudio Family and all
concerned have taken great care and precaution in preventing the mistakes of the Nieva
situation to happen to Allan and all surrounding him.
Donations are accepted only by a screening process. Instead, the faithful are asked to
donate Scapulars and Rosaries or help in funding new medals or Xeroxing messages and
the like. The income of the family comes from the father who drives around the Metro
Manila in a taxi cab. The Mother, Mrs. Josie Rudio, used to be the 'bread winner' when
she was a domestic helper in Hong Kong. She came back to the Philippines in 1993 to
attend to Allan and the alleged apparitions her son was receiving.
Mrs. Josie said that while in Hong Kong before she was told of what was happening to
Allan, she met a lady dressed in brown and told her to go to her son. Mrs. Josie did not
listen to the stranger. How else was she to support the family?! The father was not
performing his duties and obligations towards his sons and wife with diligence. He was
often given to intoxication. When she finally did return, she saw a statue of Our Lady of
Mount Carmel in the home. She then realized the woman in brown she spoke with in
Hong Kong was the Blessed Mother.
In 1994, the father turned for the better, no longer a drunkard but a worker of Mary. I've
seen the Rudio home a number of times. It is always well kept but by and large it remains
a shanty. A toilet the size of closet, one bedroom, a kitchen and dining room in one and a
room of prayer. There is one couch, one bed and two closets.
Public Apparitions started on March 1994 onwards. All messages since then have a seal.
This is but one of the many precautions to prevent the tragedy that happened to Judiel
Nieva, fabrication.
A FALSE MESSAGE
Around the second to the third week of August 1995, an alledged message regarding the
Great Warning circulated around various Marian organizations. The 'message' said the
Great Warning' would be on August 22, 1995. The 'message' suppposedly was given to
Allan Rudio. A copy was obtained from one of the Marian organizations directly
involved at that time.
Upon closer inspection, there is no seal. Very similar in the type used in typing the
messages of Allan. The message was given on August 13 and yet the Public Apparition
of the Blessed Virgin Mary was on August 5, 1995 - the first Saturday. On July 7, 1995,
Jesus said that the next apparition after August 5, 1995 of Mary would be September 8,
1995. No messages could have been possible for August 13, 1995.
On Allan's 17th birthday this May 21, 1997, I brought with me the Xerox of the message
supposedly coming from Allan. Mrs. Josie Rudio read it and said "This has no seal. This
did not come from here." and gave it for Allan to read. Allan's response "This did not
come from here." (Their response translated into English)
ABOUT ALLAN RUDIO
Allan Rudio's apparitions started on the 8th of September 1993. The apparitions continue
to happen to Allan to this day. The Public Apparitions will end on 25th March 1998.
Allan is 17 years old in 1997. He lives in Murphy, Cubao with his parents, Josie and
Marcelino "Mar" and younger brother, Joseph. Their living condition is a humble one and
the father operates a taxi service which barely supports their day to day living. The home
is a humble one. Young Joseph goes to high school. Allan takes classes at home. Mar is
out most of the day operating the taxi. Mam Josie tends to Allan, the home, the apparition
site and visitors who come to the apparition site on a daily basis.
Allan receives two (2) Public Apparitions every month. These two (2) days are on the
first Friday and first Saturday of each month. The exact time of an apparition is given in
advance. The time the apparitions start vary from 9 - 12 P.M. and lasts approximately 1
to 1 - 1/2 hours each.
A miraculous well now stands to the side of the house. Jesus and Mary has given this
source of healing water from Heaven for all people. A prayer should be said before the
drinking of healing water.
Allan experiences the stigmata. One visible sign that can be seen at all times appears on
his wrist. Blood pours forth from his knees and head at times. Also, the Host turns to

Allan's family promotes the imposition of the Brown Scapular and a medal specially
designed by Heaven. This is called the Medal of Good Salvation. The medal of Good

My dear children,
Please pray the 15 Mysteries of the Rosary. Please renew yourselves because the
chastisement is very, very, very near. I am your Mother. I want all the pilgrims and
devotees here to say the Holy Rosary. I love you. Please pray for the conversion of
sinners, for the conversion of Russia. Pray for the Holy Father - the Pope. Blessed are
they who do not see Me but yet Believe. Pray because the 3 days of total darkness is
coming. Continue the devotion to My Immaculate Heart. I love you! Please hear these
words of pleading. I always ask you to consecrate yourselves to My Immaculate Heart
and to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for world Peace. But it seems that your response are
very, very, very slow. Why my children? Why? Let My Immaculate Heart reign side by
side together with the Sacred Heart in every place from the tiniest chapel, from the
palaces, to the poorest huts. So many of My children makes Me shed tears of Blood. But
My love for them is immeasurable. Remember dear children I love you whether you are

Second Public Apparition
My children,
how many times I have asked you to pray the Rosary, wear the Scapular and the Medal of
Good Salvation. But why are your responses very, very, very slow? I always pray
because the Chastisement is very, very near. I want you to be the good example to
mankind my little angel. I want all the pilgrims and devotees here to pray the Rosary.
My children, these are My warnings to you:
* You must pray the Rosary everyday.
* The 3 days of total darkness is coming.
* 1995 will be the year of sorrows. Children and babies will die of unknown sickness. Do
not accept this as a punishment but a test from God.
* Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions will occur. The 2 active volcanoes may erupt, if God
wills it.
My children, you are My only helpers. If you do not pray, the wrath of God will fall upon
mankind, but if you pray, God will be pleased. Help Me, help Me, help Me. My
Immaculate Heart is suffering of the thorns which are piercing My Heart. Continue to
love thy neighbor as you love yourselves. Consecrate yourselves to the Sacred Heart of
Jesus and to My Heart for world Peace. My dear, dear children, I your Mother loves you

My dear, dear, dear children, please pray for those who do not believe. I love all of you. I
am the Mother of the lonely, I am Mother of reparation and adoration. You must worship
Jesus in the unity of the Blessed Eucharist. I love you all. Pray for Russia so that this
country will be converted. Pray for the South and North Korea, they are at war. If Russia
will not be converted, the Father will have much to suffer. I love you. Pray for all priests,
bishops, nuns and religious. I will repeat my message at Fatima:
You must not offend God anymore because He is already offended.
Even the little children will loose their innocence when the last decade comes. This year
is the last decade.
Look at the children, instead of going to school to pray, they do not respect their parents
anymore. The Father of Heaven and Earth sends Me here, to guide, protect and love you.
My blue mantle will be your protection. Pray because the last Chastisement will come.
Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and other calamities will come. Very, very, very, very

my Sacred Heart, I love you. The Chastisements are coming so you must be prepared.
You must wear the Scapular and Medal which My Mother gives you. Obey Me even you
are so far away from My heart. You are My creation and I love you.
My Sacred Heart will be your comfort and refuge. People and devotees here must pray
for temptation is so close, very, very, close to them. My Mother and I will protect you,
but if you don't wear Our Scapular or Medals, We can't help. We are giving you a time to

My dear, dear, dear children, I beg you, to listen to My Mother's plea. Pray, wear the
Medal of Good Salvation. Prepare yourselves for the Chastisement. My Mother Came
here to convert all of you. But you don't listen. Why? Honor My Mother, listen to My
Mother. Come back to My Sacred Heart. Everyday bring to Me all kinds of souls, soul of
sinners. Pray everyday, pray. This Philippines will be the New Jerusalem if you would
listen to Our messages. Stop all wars and conflicts. We have given you all the things you
must know, what else do you need? What else? All We want is your CONVERSION, I
am always suffering from your wickedness. Pray, convert, for My Mercy is endless!!!

Mystical Communion was given to him, the Lord showed the vision of Hell and
afterwards he lost consciousness. In a while Allan regained his consciousness and he
started to sing some sacred songs.)

My dear, dear, dear children,
Please convert now. All the prophecies that are in the Holy Scriptures will come true.
Pray, convert and repent. The Chastisement may come. Time to time We give messages,
but no one cares for us this month July. The Chastisements may come, prepare, prepare,
prepare. Pray the Rosary everyday. Once you pray the Rosary, you are professing your
faith and love to My Sacred Heart and to the Immaculate Heart of My Mother Mary.
Please continue to visit this apparition site. Yes, I will cure but not all. I want the

piercing My Heart. I love all of you. I am Mary. Your only Hope and Salvation when the
wrath of God is unleashed to cleanse this sinful world. Prepare for the Chastisements are
coming. The three days of total darkness is coming very soon. Don't be afraid My Mantle
will protect all of you. Wear the Brown Scapular, wearing the Scapular is a sign of
consecration to My Immaculate Heart. Pray, pray, pray, pray the Rosary everyday. Come
back to My Son: Jesus. Please venerate the Crucifix of Jesus for Jesus said: "If you want

Please listen to the pleas and begging of My Mother Mary. Please don't let Her suffer too
much. You must remember: All the Prophecies revealed to our Visionaries will be
fulfilled! The wrath of My Father is very near, so I have sent My Mother to prepare you.
We have given all the things you must know, but it seems that your response is very
slow! What else do you need? What else? My Sacred Heart is waiting for your return. My
Heart full of Thorns, glowing with the Divine Love which I am offering to all of you. All
we need is "Conversion". Convert now before it is too late! My Heart is sad for you are
not listening to My Mother and to Me. There is a little time for conversion. Please stop
"Abortion". Many innocent babies are going to be killed by this influence. Don't do it, it

My dear children, please convert now. I once again plead for your conversion. Will you
let Me and My beloved Mother suffer? Pray the Rosary everyday. Once you pray the
Rosary you are meditating on My life and My Mother's life. Now, wear the Brown
Scapular, convert now. Wearing the Scapular is a sign of consecration to Our Two
Hearts. My children, repent now. Mt. Pinatubo and Mt. Arayat with Taal Volcano will
erupt continuously if you don't pray. The 3 days of total darkness will come soon.
Please always prepare your containers of Holy Water and Holy Oil. Pray always, yes,
but seek the help of My Mother. Always boil your waters, because the very 1st sign that
Chastisement are near: The waters, all waters will be red and full of different objects.
Place the picture of the Two Hearts on your doors, the image of St. Michael the
Archangel and specially the Crucifix. For blessed are they who have Crucifixes on
their doors and windows for they shall not suffer much of the effects of the Great
Chastisement. Always wear the Medal of Good Salvation, the Rosary. The Scapular
and the Medal of Good Salvation is inseparable. Always pray the prayer to St.
Michael, don't loose your hope nor blame God when the Chastisements comes. Seek
the refuge of My Mother Mary. She will hear your pleadings and prayers. Always

Scapular. The only birthday gift I wish is: conversion, pray, pray, pray. Don't let Satan
enter in your minds and heart. I am the Immaculate Queen of the most Holy Rosary and
of Good Salvation. I am the Second Eve predestined by God to crush the evil head of the
Serpent. I am your Guide, your Key, your Doors. Pray the Rosary everyday. Blessed are
they who have seen Me today, but more blessed are they who don't see Me. I have
promised you to give many spectacles and miracles, but the most beautiful gift to you: the
gift of love. Love one another as I and Jesus love you. My children remember that I love

My dear children, please don't lose hope because I am always at your side. Pray the 15
mysteries of the Rosary this month October: month of the Rosary. Please make it a habit
to pray the Rosary with your family. Wear the Brown Scapular, because it is the
assurance of your salvation. Many tragedies will come because men have forgotten God.
Oh, My children, come back to God, to Jesus and to the Holy Church.
Many volcanoes are starting to be active again:
1. Mount Pinatubo
2. Taal Volcano
3. Mount Arayat
4. Mayon Volcano
Floods, famines, earthquakes will come, so repent My children. Be aware of nature:
because nature can tell that the Chastisement are near, for the example: Tsunami or Tidal
Wave, this is the fist sign. Be aware of false Marian Messages. Pray, because the 3 days
of total darkness are coming, this prophecy is also revealed to Father Pio. Be aware, the
signs of the 3 days of total darkness:
1. A big cross on the sky without clouds
2. The sun will be darkened as sackcloth
3. The moon will melt and turn to blood
My children, the Mass is the highest form of prayer, second is the Holy Rosary. Don't
forget to obey the Church and its Commandments: My Immaculate Heart is waiting for

Continue preparing yourselves and your whole family for the coming of the very Great
Chastisement. Prepare, prepare, prepare. Don't offend God anymore because He is
already offended. God is very much offended! I know that all of you are trying to please
Him and do good things but evil is much stronger, why? Because of your lackness in
prayer.

and you are in the time of God's Justice, He is very much offended! So He sends to all of

prepared spiritually for its coming? Ask this question to yourselves 100 times and you

refuse you. Just call upon Her saying: Mother, help me! She will come and help you

One of the requirements for the Reign of Peace is that both men and women should have

Great Cold, during the Great War and during the Warning.

and April as the months of reflection and preparation, but we have noticed that you have
just accomplished little. Come and pray and prepare! The appointed time is coming so
very fast, the signs are now here, what else do you need? We have given to you all the
things you must know. Help yourselves also. The choice is in your hands, you can choose
freely, yes to God or no to Satan or yes to Satan or no to God. You can choose freely.
The signs are now here, open now your eyes and ears and try to listen, do not deny the
reality of our messages. Do not doubt because all the events that we have related through
out chosen ones will come to pass.

1. A terrible earthquake will come and will shake the whole world, the roads will open
and under it fire will come out.
2. A Great Lightning will come during the end of this year, this Lightning will pierce the

Father. God My Father is so merciful, but He is also a just God. Justice must take place!
All of you are very lucky because you have my Mother Mary for your lawyer before the
throne of God. If she's not here, I don't know what will happen to all of you. Be thankful
to her, love her because she is your lawyer in Heaven. The time will come when my
Mother will not use her powers anymore as the Queen of Heaven and Earth and that time
is coming near!

prepare for its coming. I invite all of you to heed my call for "Prayer and Preparation."
Little ones, your time is now short and fast and you have no time to waste. Yes, little
children, all my messages shall be fulfilled, all will take place. The Great Chastisement is
only months away, be prepared spiritually also physically. The battle between Good and
Evil will take place soon! Very soon! Pray, pray and pray.
The comet can now be seen in the sky, and if the Lord will sit, it will fall and will strike a
part of the earth, causing destruction and then the Great Cold! Children, please pray! Arm

I'm here again to give more messages. I ask all of you to pray continuously, pray for more
conversion, pray for the Holy Father and his safety. The Pope's health is now falling.
Pray for him and support him with your love. I love your Holy Pontiff so much! Continue
preparing yourselves for the coming of the Great Events, prepare spiritually and
physically.
My children, Consecrate yourselves to My Immaculate Heart and to the Sacred Heart of
My Divine Son. Your Consecration will be your only protection during these Final Days.
The whole world will be in a great trouble and confusion. Many events will take place
specially in nature. Inside the Catholic Church, more priests and religious will choose the
way to perdition than to obey God. In your government and your political leader, your
economy. These events are also part of the Punishment. Everyday, mankind is provoking
the Lord to hasten His hour! The time of God's Justice will fall soon. Little ones, the time
for God's Mercy is now close. But, for those with sincere hearts, the Lord is willing to
forgive.
Do not waste your time anymore, pray and prepare and do not compare God's time to
yours. Your only duty is to pray, prepare and live your lives as a good Catholic. I did not
ask you to compute when the Great Events will come. I repeat little ones, do not compare

March 25 next year will be my very last apparition and during this special day, I will

NOTES ON THE EVENTS THAT OCCURED DURING THIS APPARITION:
Weng is the designated person who videotapes the apparition. She called in sick. I was
put to the task.With so many people present and a very small area, television sets are
located in the small passage way from outside the street all the way to the Apparition
Site. this way, people will be able to see what is going on inside the apparition site.
The camera still sat on the tripod focused on the tree and the statues of Jesus and Mary. It
wasn't time for the apparition. A small child pointed to the TV set and described that he
saw St. Michael. Two or three others confirmed it. When the apparition had started, I
took the camera from the tripod and focused it on Allan and the tree decorated with
Christmas lights. Now and again I would point the camera on the tree.
Towards the end of the apparition, people from outside the street, inside the alley and in
the apparition site reported seeing the Blessed Mother. Rudy saw a crown made of many
small lights, then he saw the face of the Blessed Virgin Mary. He checked to see if I was
focusing the camera on the statue. Nope, it was focused on the tree. He told Nanay Puti
and she was beside herself at what she was seeing. She felt so happy she didn't know
what to do.
Meanwhile, outside the street, people saw the silhouette of the Blessed Mother. A young
lady, a helper of the Nuns from Tayabas Province, is silently in tears looking at the tree.
It was her first time to come to the apparition site. The Sisters were gently patting her
shoulders. They have seen Her too several times at many of the Public Apparitions of
Jesus and Mary they have attended. When the messages have been dictated, it was time to
wave goodbye. My focus was again on the tree and on the sky. I moved the camera to and
fro in the night sky. It was a short message because of the drizzle of rain from a cloudy
sky. The Public apparitions are always outdoors. As I scanned the sky I heard people
begin to exclaim it awe. Some cried. Some shouted, there She is. Mostly it was shouts of
ohhs and ahhs. Most near everyone saw the open gates of Heaven while others saw the
Blessed Virgin going towards the gate. The people no longer were sitting but waving
goodbye and pointing at the open gates of Heaven. The direction they were looking at is
to my right about 45 to 50 degrees up.
Directly over our heads, another spectacular display of God's power. People were
pointing and waving and shouting in joy. The clouds over our heads was rolling back. I
hope most of you have seen video footage of cloud formation played fast forward. This is
what they saw. This is what I was taping. Annie and some tohers saw the face of Our
Lady of Medjugorje where the sky was clearing. Then Annie saw Our Lady holding the
baby Jesus. Sol and two others saw God the Father seated on a Throne. Others had their
eyes focused on the still open gates of heaven scene. This scene whisked away into the
center of the opening sky while the clouds continued to roll back. There were more
shouts of joy.
People in the alley ran to the street to look at the opening sky, to look at the open gates of
Heaven disappear from sight to say goodbye to our Blessed Mother who had entered the
gates. The 3/4 moon comes into the picture. The clouds open further to show the moon
over our heads. I've never seen a pulsating sun but the moon we were looking at took a
life of its own. I thought the camera was faulty because this moon would come down as if
falling on our heads. Being the cameraman I wanted to duck for cover. Then it would
return to its original position. Then it would come down again and become so large. It
would then return to its original position. Several times it plunged so rapidly and become
so large. Then the clouds slowed as if the fast-forward was slowed to play mode.
I turned off the Videocam and watched to see the ecstatic faces of the people in front of
me. It was then that dear friends began to approach me. They said I was lucky to have
seen everything that they saw [which they described]. Still others complained why I
turned the Camera to Allan and then the tree several times during the apparition. They
told me I should have just kept it on the tree because they could not get enough of
looking at Mary ever Virgin. In the vernacular, I told them, my dear friends, I saw Allan,
I saw the three strewn with Christmas lights, I saw the clouds roll back in themost
spectacular way and then I saw the moon become large and plunge at great speed. I saw
nothing but this. I didn't have an answer for their questions on how the camera made its
way to see all those things with precision. I didn;t see what they saw. I saw what I saw
and that was that. I didn't tell them though that I moved the videocam the way I did
because of the cramps I would get at holding the camera in one place too long. For the
sake of my arm, it brought comfort to move the camera here and there from time to time.
The whole experience was nothing short of fascinating. A cameraman who didn't see and
the viewing audience that saw it all:)

The first to appear is St. Gabriel the Archangel. He opened a scroll that wrote,
"Congratulations for you have finished your mission. Thank you very much! We love
you!"
The Blessed Mother was accompanied by Her Son, Jesus Christ. She is dressed as Our
Lady of the Brown Race. (See page on the Brown Race Group) Above Her head was a
crown of Twelve Stars. Our Lord appeared with a crown over His Head and a scepter on
his hand. There were angels at their feet holding musical instruments. A brilliant light and
rainbow surrounded Jesus and Mary.
After the Public Messages were dictated, St. Joseph came wearing brown and a green
sash around his waist. He was in between Jesus and Mary. Also present were:
St. Francis of Assisi
St. Francis Xavier
San Don Bosco
Seven Archangels
Blessed Margaret Castello
St. Augustine
San Lorenzo Ruiz
St. Clare
whom all gave their blessings.
Many people saw rose petals appear in the sky, fall, and then vanish before they hit the
ground. Others saw hosts flying. Our Lady said the drizzle falling on us were Her tears of
joy.
When Allan proceeded closer to the Apparition Tree to say farewell, Allan saw seven
roses at Her feet. On the rose petals, he saw the names of the people who attend the vigils
of the Brown Race Group and others besides.
During the time of the last message, as the Blessed Virgin Mary said "I now mark you
with the Cross of My Son, in the Name of The Father, and of The Son and of The Holy
Spirit!," Her Son extended His arms and bright streaks of powerful rays of light came
forth from His hands to mark the faithful present with the sign of the Cross. The rays of
light hit the foreheads with such force of impact that the lights splashed as if water. Some
of the faithful felt a tremendous surge of what they can only describe as electricity for
lack of a better term surge through them starting from the head working its way thourgh
the whole body. Allan can see the Cross of the faithful marked with the sign of the Cross
at all times. During the Great Warning, those with the sign of the Cross will be able to see
the Cross on their foreheads. The Cross will also glow during that time. Three days
before the Great Warning, Our Lady will come again to advise Allan and others.
Each person's Cross is a different color. The various colors range from sky blue, light
green, red, violet, blue, orange, yellow, pink, maroon, brown, silver, gold to other colors.
When a person's mood changes the Cross brightens or dims accordingly. As a soul moves
onward to the ways of Holiness, the color will change.
Many were moved to tears during this last public apparition. The angels came to their
side to comfort them and wipe their tears.
