Uninstall

1. Remove MSC NASTRAN PATRAN in control panel.

2. Go to C Drive in that open Program files folder/Program files (x86) in that you
can see any folder name MSC -- delete it.
3. Go to Libraries which will be in left side of my computer window box. In that
see any MSC file is there best thing delete all.
4. Delete file in this path if any thing exsits still-----
C:\MSC.Software\Patran\20102/template.db
5. Go to Run type %temp% -- delete all
6. Go to Run type temp -- delete all
7. Go to Run type prefetch -- delete all
8. Then clear your Recycle Bin
9. Restart the system.

Install

Note: every file when you install right click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

1.First create License file using MSC_CALC_2010 application

Copy the

license.dat

and paste into C-Drive.

2.Setup the MSC NASTRAN

3.Setup the MSC Patran

Goto start-program files-MSC. Software-MSC. Licensing 11.6- Flexlm Licensing

tool(right click mouse button and say RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR)10.

Path to the lmgrd.exe file=C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Licensing\11.6\lmgrd.exePath to the

license file=C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Licensing\11.6\license.datPath to the debug log
file=C:\MSC.Software\MSC.Licensing\11.6\lmgrd.log12.

Move on to �Start/Stop/Reread� tab,

First stop the server-STOP SERVER

Then start the server-START SERVER( Successful )

Then reread the server-RE-READ LICENSE FILE ( Re-Read License Successful)

Close the LMLTOOL tab and open the MSC NASTRAN.exe file
