HOW TO ORDER?
1. Fill-out and send the ​Order Form​ in our FB Messenger​ (www.facebook.com/shopsissyph)​ so
we can compute the total amount you need to pay and instructions on how to pay. (Please fill
this Order Form ONLY if you’re already sure of your purchase.)

2. We'll send you our ​BDO BANK / PAYPAL​ details once we receive your ​ORDER FORM.

If Payment is via PAYPAL

You need a Paypal account if you choose to pay us via Paypal. Also please note that Paypal
option is subjected to additional 5% PAYPAL fee.

If Payment is via BDO Bank Deposit

You DO NOT NEED a BDO Account to pay via BDO Bank Deposit. Just go to the nearest BDO
Bank Branch and look for the Deposit Slip so you can fill it out with OUR bank details.

3. Settle Payment. Full payment only! NO down payments. ​Payment must be made ​1 to 2
DAYS ​after receipt of the TOTAL AMOUNT and BANK/PAYPAL details otherwise ORDER will
be considered CANCELLED.

4. Send us a copy of the ​DEPOSIT SLIP.

(Note: We only start production once we receive the copy of the Deposit Slip.)

2. If you're interested with a phone model not mentioned above, kindly let us know the model so
we can consider to release it in the future. For now, follow our FB page/ Instagram for updates!

WHAT MATERIAL/ FINISH OF THE CASES?

1. 3D HARD CASE - SNAP CASES

-The case covers the left, right, and back side of the phone leaving the top and bottom exposed.
- All designs are printed on polycarbonate plastic and finished off with a ​MATTE​ coating.

2. 2D HARD CASE - CLEAR SIDES

-The case covers the left, right, and back side of the phone leaving the top and bottom exposed.
- The design does not reach the sides of the case unlike the 3D CASE but instead, the sides are
transparent/ clear. The case is finished off with a ​GLOSSY/SHINY​ coating.

HOW MUCH ARE THE CASES?

*Metro Manila: Caloocan, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Marikina, Malabon, Navotas, San Juan,
Manila, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Makati, Pasay, Pateros, Taguig, Paranaque, Las Pinas, and
Muntinlupa.

4. Different promo price applies for “CASES OF THE WEEK”

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

1. Production is 3-5 Business Days from receipt of Deposit Slip. (Might still vary depending on
availability of blank cases, if there is limited stocks SISSY PH will advise you.)

2. We ship every​ SATURDAY​ (unless its a Holiday, etc., then we ship the following MONDAY).
Shipping is 1-2 days for Metro Manila and 2-3 days Provincial, counting from the day you
receive our message with XEND Tracking Code (Sunday not counted).

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE?
1. Yes we do. Send us the ACTUAL IMAGE you want to print on the case (We cannot print a
reference image only, we need the actual image). We only customize for the following units:
iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 6/6s and iPhone 6+/6s+

2. Size of ACTUAL IMAGE should NOT be smaller than 4" x 7" or 1800px x 2400px

3. Additional +P50 fee, if order is customized.

ARE ALL DESIGNS IN YOUR FB PAGE/ INSTAGRAM STILL AVAILABLE?

Yes! You can order any of the designs posted in our Facebook or Instagram anytime.
All our cases are made-per-order so you can order ANY DESIGN, ANYTIME.
But if ever there is shortage in blank case stock, we’ll notify you.

DO YOU DO RETURNS & REFUNDS?

We have a strict ​NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY​ because ALL our cases are on a
MADE-PER-ORDER​ basis. We do not manufacture the BLANK CASES, we only PRINT on
them. We make sure to quality check the printing before it is dispatched. But if you have any
issues /concerns / comments we encourage you to give us feedback via FB/email/viber so we
can better improve our service.
