1. INTRODUCTION

Legend Online Reporting solution is an evolving program updated weekly. It is a process available to be used by
any Legend Customer and is considered a direct replacement for Legend’s Citrix Reporting Solution, and utilises
our latest technology. The breadth of information is huge and any potential for data correction can revised and
corrected in a short time span. If you are in receipt of this update and are not currently using the Online
Reporting Solution, and wish to do so, please contact Legend Support.

1.1. GENERAL

General updates and changes to existing datasets.

1.1.1. IS CANCELLED ADDED TO EVENT MANAGEMENT BOOKING RESOURSES

Within the Event Management Dataset a cancelled column is now available. If an event has been diarised and
subsequently cancelled you are able to filter this information from within the dataset.

1.1.2. ADDED RESOURCE DURATION MINUTES AND RESOURCE DURATION IN MINUTES

INCLUDING SETUP TO EVENT MANAGEMENT BOOKING RESOURCES

When an event has been generated you now have the ability to see the booked duration of the event in minutes
and the booked duration including the setup time in minutes.

1.2. STANDARD REPORTS

Additions to the Standard reports section.

1.2.1. ADDED RESOURCE TIMETABLE

A standard report for Event Management showing Site name, Parent Resource, Resource name, Date, Start and
End time, and the Event name.
