I. INTRODUCTION

Technology can be a powerful tool for transforming learning. The outline worldview of
how to fabricate circuits is presently changing because of the fundamental innovation changes.
Since were in a new generation, wherein technology is everywhere wherein some things that
stayed classic or useful throughout the years also needs to be upgraded by creating new
features in it without losing its original purpose.

A clock is one of the most important things that we use every day in our lives. It can be
used wherever we go. It may be in our houses, workplace or school. It is one of the most useful
and oldest inventions made by human. An instrument that indicates time for us it also our guide
especially when it comes to managing things based on time.

As years passed by, different design s of clock were made to give it a better look. Some
ordinary clocks were innovated to make it more useful than before. Adding calendar and
temperature are some innovations made. In this generation, more innovations can still be added
into a simple clock such as digital display, analog hands of a clock using led as an indicator.

II. STATEMENT

Some clocks are digital others are analog, Analog clock requires learning how to tell time
and hard to see in dark. Digital clock can be easily misread sometimes 8 looks like 0. Due to
some disadvantages, we propose to create a neo pixel clock that has analog and digital by the
use of leds and 7 segments and some integrated circuits.
III. METHODOLOGY

A. Conceptual Framework

INPUT

Button:
555 timer
On/Off

Circuitry of :
PROCESS 7 Segment and DISPLAY
Time and Running Led
Led

B. Prototype Design
- Acrylic Glass (Circular – x” diameter, 5mm thick)
- Led will be placed in a plastic board and to be covered by acrylic glass.

C. Circuit Design
- The switch will be connected to a 555 timer to ON/OFF then going to the 74ls90 or
equivalent for the counter connected to a 4017 lastly to displays components Led and 7
Segments.

I. INTRODUCTION
It’s been decades since the first rc-car was made and we have seen a lot of design since, and as time
goes by more and more innovative rc-cars has been added to the roster. Now we are trying to combine
the basic laws of physics and the already established design of an rc-car to create a new and fun way of
playing it.

II. STATEMENT
With the increasing popularity of Smartphone’s, tablets and I pads, kids these days would hardly
look at rc-cars or toys in general, so we are trying to improve the experience of playing with an rc-car by
giving it the power to climb walls and ceiling. In order to do that we propose to design an rc-car with a
vacuum underneath it that will climb walls and ceilings.

III. Methodology
A. Conceptual Framework
BLOCK DIAGRAM

Wireless Signal
SWITCH Encoder RF Receiver
RF Transmitter
HT12e

Motor Decoder
Driver HT12d

B. Prototype Design
- Dimension of the rc-car is approximately 4.5x2x1.5 in.
- The weight of the rc-car will be calculated since the base of the car will be fabricated but the
case of the car will be ready made and to be customized.

C. Circuit Design

Remote(Transmitter)

- The switch will be connected to the encoder(ht12e) then to the rf transmitter which sends
out the wireless signal to the receiver

Car(Receiver)

- The RF receiver module will receive the signal from the rf transmitter then passes the
information to the decoder(ht12d) that will give the motor driver the instructions.
