INTRODUCTION
Zoomcar is a self-drive car rental
company, founded in February 2013 in
Bangalore, India.
Provides freedom of mobility to many
Indians who may find wholesale car
purchase unaffordable or need more
flexible services.
Over 100 employees, the company
currently has operations across six
cities, with more than 1,600 cars and
250 pick-up points

ZoomCar today has over 1,500 members


and the utilization rate has of 55-65 %
on weekdays and 90-95% on weekends
Problem Identification

customer’s destination i.e., outstation,
shopping, etc.
FINDINGS
• The respondent age varied from 18 to 61+ Years.
Majority of the respondents would opt for self-driven cars
for leisure trips or weekend getaways.
On the contrary, respondents would also opt for Ola &
Uber cabs for daily routine trips.
