Organizing is the information processing, or in other books it says that
Organizing is Communication. Also, organization is not a structure in which
communication occurs. On the other hand, organization exists in an
“information environment”.

Organization depends on the information to accomplish their goals.

Managing the “information environment” is difficult because much of the
information that an organizations deal with is unpredictable.

That is why many companies want to be ISO 9000:2015 QMS, one of its purposes
is to have a good communication through a common understanding.

Communication cycles
- Communication cycles among members of an organization to reduce
equivocality. This is for high equivocal in an environment.

Intense interaction is needed with each other and other organizational

members in order to craft and make sense.

When equivocality is low, organizational rules can be used in sense making

For more complex or high equivocality, communication cycles and systems are
needed to make sense.
The importance of relationships in organizations:
This refers to a strong relationship among individuals working together in the
same organization. Employees working together have to share a special bond
for them to deliver their best performance.

• The importance of participation in organizational processes: The

greatest and widely accepted benefit of participation is the increased work
ownership of employee. An employee is better able to relate himself/herself
with his or her work and this improves performance and efficiency at work.

• The appreciation of organizational change and instability:

Change is routine or constant. Organizations that do not adapt to the world and the
changing economic environment will die. Organization must be resilient to survive.

• The importance of being open to the information environment:

As Wheatley states, “we need to open the gates to more information, in more places,
and to seek out information that is ambiguous, complex, and of no immediate value”
