Conference Fees: School Registration Fee of $55.00 (non-refundable, due Nov. 16,
2009)
Delegate Fee of $37.00 per delegate (due by Jan 9, 2010)
Meal Payment (due by Jan 9, 2010, see attached sheet)
All checks can be made out to Maryville College, Memo MCMUN. Fees are not refundable
unless due to conference cancellation.
Security Council Nations (other nations may be requested but they will not be able to take
part in the Security Council deliberations).

Hotel Accommodations
Additional information on housing accommodations will be sent in a subsequent email and letter.
We are currently negotiating discount rates and exploring on-campus options. The hotels below
are facilities used by groups in past conferences.

Meals
Meals are provided and prepared by ARAMARK Food Service in Pearson’s Dining Hall. These
prices are regulated by ARAMARK and must be pre-paid by January. Payment for meals will be
made to MCMUN and are refundable only upon cancellation of conference. Send the enclosed
meal ticket form with your registration materials. These meals are all-you-can-eat buffets, and
the cost is as follows:
• Lunch – $7.72/person
• Dinner - $8.82/person
Lunch and dinner will be served on the 21st and 22nd, and lunch only is served on the 23rd.
Breakfast meals will not be available in the cafeteria; therefore, MCMUN strongly recommends
that each school plan breakfast accommodations for their students. Eating on campus is not
required, but is encouraged. Isaac’s Café, along with the cafeteria, is also located on campus; it
can be found in the Bartlett Student Center. There are also numerous restaurants within close
driving distance to the college.
