1. HHRMA dibebaskan dari segala kewajiban hukum, baik


secara perdata ataupun pidana, jika terjadi perubahan
dan/atau penyalahgunaan data lowongan oleh pihak
lain yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi pelamar
2. HHRMA tidak pernah memberi janji atau menarik biaya
dalam bentuk dan cara apapun kepada setiap pelamar,
baik pada saat melamar pekerjaan ataupun setelah pelamar
diterima bekerja
3. HHRMA menyebarluaskan lowongan kerja ini secara cuma-
cuma dan tidak ada ikatan/ hubungan kerja, baik secara
langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan pihak manapun
