Having examined the Drawings, Job Description, Specifications, Conditions of Contract,


Instructions to Tenderers, and all other documents covered by “Table of Contents of
Tender Documents” for the execution of the above works, the undersigned offer to carry out
the whole of the said works in conformity with the said documents for sum of

same, and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period.

Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed, this Tender together with your
written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding Contract between both the parties.

We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any Tender you may receive, nor
will you be responsible for, or pay for, expenses or losses which may have been incurred by us
in preparation of this Tender.
