RE: Application of Special Permit for the concert THREESOME: MARLENE LIVE IN
MANILA WITH JIRO YOSHIDA AND MAKOTO KUMIYA on 30 June 2018 at the
Ballroom of Fairmont Hotel, Makati City at 7:00 p.m.

Gentlemen:

We write on behalf of BRIGHTSTAGE PRODUCTIONS, INC., a domestic corporation organized and existing
under Philippine laws, with office address at Unit 605 South Tower Globe Telecom Plaza Pioneer Street
Mandaluyong City in connection with the above captioned event.

We would like to request from your good office a Special Permit for the event entitled “Threesome: Marlene
live in Manila with Jiro Yoshida and Makoto Kuriya”. The event would be a dinner concert which will be held
at the Ballroom of Fairmont Hotel Makati, Makati City on 30 June 2018 from 7:00 p.m. in the evening
afterwards.

A portion of the proceeds of the concert is for the benefit of the children affected by the on-going crisis of
Makati City. We also expect the event to have three hundred (300) attendees more or less.
