ELECTRONIC HEAD FOR GAS PUMPS

C-100

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING

PARAMETERS
C 100 has been developed as a flexible programmable counting device which
can be connected to all existing mechanical counting gas pumps. For that
purpose there are several parameters which must be set according to the
configuration of the mechanic counting system and to the particular
requirements of the client. Setting these parameters (registers) can be done only
by authorized specialist and requires switching the electronic head over in
special mode. Beneath is described the sequences of the operations for switching
over the mode and setting parameters, as well as description of each parameters
and its function.

SETTING PARAMETERS AND REVERSE IN “MODE SALE”

 Switch off the power supply of the gas pump

 Remove the front glass cover
 Remove the front panel
 Remove the cap of the micro keys
 Switch over the first key in position “1”.( install jumper)
 Put the front panel in its place
 Switch on the power supply of the gas pump
 Set the parameters (see t.2)
 Switch off the power supply of the gas pump
 Remove the front panel
 Switch over the first key in position “0”.( remove jumper)
 Put the cap of the micro keys
 Put the front panel in its place
 Put and lock the glass cover
 Switch on the power supply of the gas pump

SETTING PARAMETERS

After switching on the power supply you will hear a sound signal as well as the
first display will indicate “C-100”, the second – the software version and the
third – “PROG”.After a several minutes the third (at the bottom) display will
indicate”REG:01”- this is the number of the parameter(register) while the first
and second display indicate its value. Setting can be done via the small 4-buttons
keyboard placed onto the front panel as the buttons have the following function:

 “TOTAL EURO” – selecting register. Each pressing of this button leads

to record the value of the current register and then switching over to the
next one.

 “+” – increases the register’s value. Advanced increasing can be done by

simultaneous pressing and button “TOTAL LITRES”.
 “-“ - decreases the register’s value. Advanced decreasing can be done by
simultaneous pressing and button “TOTAL LITRES”.
 “+” and “-“ loads the register with its standard value.

MODE “SALE” – IN SYSTEM

 Switch off the power supply of the gas pump

 Remove the front glass cover
 Remove the front panel
 Remove the cap of the micro keys
 For autonomous mode, switch over the second key in position “1” (install
jumper)
 For operation in system switch over the second key in position “0” (
remove jumper)
 Put the cap of the micro keys
 Put the front panel in its place
 Put and lock the glass cover
 Switch on the power supply of the gas pump
