UN  SWISSINDO  OWNER  OF  WORLD  BANK  GROUP  INVESTIGATED  ON  FALSE  CHARGES!  
INDONESIA,   August   8,  2018   –   Bank   Indonesia   (BI)   and   Financial   Services   Authority   (OJK)   have   filed   false   charges   of  
alleged  fraud  and  defamation  that  led  to  the  investigation  of  Mr.  Sino  AS  Sugihartonotonegoro  (aka  Royal  K.681  
M1),   the   UN   SWISSINDO   OWNER   of   KELOMPOK   BANK   DUNIA   or   WORLD   BANK   GROUP   (WBG),   following   his  
disclosure  and  reports  of  extensive  government  and  political  corruption  within  the  World  Bank,  of  over  70  Trillion  
USD   in   Grants   and   Intermediary   Trust   Funds   since   1961,   which   has   been   under   the   management   of   WBG,  
International   Bank   for   Reconstruction   and   Development   (IBRD),   and   the   International   Development   Association  
(IDA)  in  the  presence  of  financial  service  actors  EDS  and  Financial  Intermediary  Funds  (FIF).  
The  investigation  of  Sino  AS  Sugihartonotonegoro  at  Caraka-­‐Cirebon  headquarters  is  deceptive,  as  clarification  of  
the  truth  over  UN  SWISSINDO’s  documents  reported  by  BI  and  OJK  were  already  received.  There  have  been  those  
who  have  considered  the  SBI  (Certificate  of  Bank  Indonesia)  as  false  or  fake,  while  the  owner  of  the  certificate  and  
the  names  who  have  signed  the  SBI  themselves  have  never  claimed  being  dishonoured  in  any  way.  It  is  a  clear  fact,  
if  there  is  an  element  of  criminality,  they  are  the  ones  who  should  report  the  alleged  fraud  and  defamation.  
Clarification   is   currently   underway   and   the   truth   will   be   tested   by   the   National   Police   Headquarters.  All  
correspondence  is  now  at  a  climax.  
The  latest  letter  from  Royal  K.681  M1,  the  Chairperson  of  UN  SWISSINDO,  a  Declaration  of  Transaction,  Notice  and  
Validation,   UNS-­‐RI  WORLD  BANK  GROUP  &  TF2018  with   respect   to   the   President   of   Republic   Indonesia,   Ir.   H.   Joko  
Widodo  and  Finance  Minister,  Dr.  Sri  Mulyani  has  been  delivered  and  arrived  at  the  head  of  Presidential  special  
staff  desk,  General  Moeldoko,  on  12  June  2018.  
The   Government   of   Indonesia,   WBG   Borrowing   Country,   as   well   as   Bank   Indonesia   and   the   6   Prime   Banks,   are  
unaware  of  the  WBG-­‐IDA  grants,  which  now  are  under  the  control  of  UN  Swissindo  WBG,  part  of  the  Notice  and  
Validation  of  the  UNS-­‐RI  WORLD  BANK  GROUP  &  TF2018,  to  be  announced  in  the  TREATY  EVENT  at  Tapak  Siring  
Palace  Bali  2018,  in  line  with  World  Bank-­‐IMF  2018.  
The   purpose   of   IBRD   is   to   lend   to   governments   of   middle-­‐income   and   creditworthy   low-­‐income   countries.   The   IDA  
provides   interest-­‐free   loans   —   called   credits   —   and   grants   to   governments   of   the   poorest   countries.   Together,  
IBRD  and  IDA  make  up  the  World  Bank.    
Through  Quality  Assurance/Quality  Control  (QA/QC),  the  World  Bank  Group  Manual  System  is  the  best  protector  
for  the  Technology,  Regulation  and  Company's  Name  Change,  to  protect  the  true  OWNER  from  the  banking  crime  
conspiracy   throughout   the   World,   as   was   reported   by   the   International   Monetary   Fund   (IMF)   Code   A.1.1.A,   in  
accord  with  the  Human  Development  Index  (HDI).  The  HDI  is  a  composite  statistic  of  life  expectancy,  education,  
and  per  capita  income  indicators,  which  are  used  to  rank  countries  into  four  tiers  of  human  development.   The  UN  
uses  this  data  to  determine  the  level  of  assistance  a  country  may  require  and  be  granted,  based  on  key  issues  of  
human  development,  inequality,  gender  disparity  and  poverty.  
Based   on   the   Review   of   the   ID-­‐IDA   1961-­‐2018   Ledger,   which   revealed   significant   misuse   of   these   funds   by  
governments,   particularly   in   Indonesia,   the   WBG   have   decided   and   established   the   Notice   and   Validation   of   the  
INVOICE   1999   in   UN   Swissindo’s   Power,   related   to   the   6   Prime   Banks   Accounts;   BCA,   BRI,   BNI,   DANAMON,  
MANDIRI,  LIPPO  BANK  (CIMB-­‐NIAGA)  ID-­‐IDA  1999-­‐2033  Recent  Disbursement.  

A   Data   Report   from   the   World   Investigator   Team   was   delivered   to   Royal   K.681   M1,   UN   Chairman-­‐Indonesia   and  
owner   of   World   Bank,   which   was   delivered   to   the   President   of   the   Republic   of   Indonesia   and   Ministry   of  
MENKOPOLHUKAM,   relating   to   several   Generals   and   Former   Indonesian   Presidents,   regarding   Polymer   Paper  
Currency   IDR   1999,   to   indicate   their   responsibility   for   the   settlement   of   the   matter   and   the   guarantee   of   Legal  
Printed  Currency  in  500,000  denominations,  equivalent  to  1  Gram  of  Gold,  as  a  counterweight  to  the  large-­‐scale  
Investigation,  of  the  gargantuan  theft  from  Indonesia,  particularly  Papua,  since  1961.  

The  WBG,  WORLD  BANK-­‐UNDB  has  decided  that  FIF  and  EDS,  as  mediators  for  the  disbursement  of  Intermediary  
Trust   Funds   for   Indonesia   on   IDA   1961-­‐2018,   has   greatly   disadvantaged   the   nation,   country   and   the   people   of  
Indonesia,   where   only   in   the   era   of   President   Soeharto,   never   used   the   ID-­‐IDA   Grants,   and   the   incidence   of  
divisions   and   the   separation   of   East   Timor,   PAPUA   MERDEKA   and   ACEH,   were   all   behind   the   control   of   EDS,  
including  the  HDI  number  1  ranking  country  of  India,  which  has  never  received  the  ID-­‐IDA  Grants.  

For  the  period  2005-­‐2015,  the  WBG,  on  behalf  of  Indonesia  (the  Borrowing  Country),  supports  all  positive  activities  
of  UN-­‐SWISSINDO  WBG  in  Indonesia,  since  IBRD  is  not  responsible  for  the  liability  to  IDA.  

Via   the   movement   of   God   Almighty,   the   Dynamics   of   Pancasila   Economic   Change   within   the   Country  
Administration   System   are   to   be   executed   and   realised   in   accordance   with   the   Oath   of   Office,   for   the   sake   of  
economic  recovery  for  the  people  of  Indonesia.  

The   Debt   Burden   Liberation   Certificate   (DBLC)   is   the   first   phase   in   UN-­‐SWISSINDO’s   Payment   Order   1-­‐11   (P1-­‐11)  
program,   to   ensure   every   person’s   welfare,   equal   social   justice   and   sovereignty   are   in   accordance   with   the  
contents   of   the   Joint   Decree   Letter   with   Mahkamah   Agung   (Supreme   Court)   that   was   publicly   announced   by  Royal  
K.681   M1   at   the   Grand   Acclamation   on   October   16,   2016,   at   Taman   Pandang,   in   front   of   the   State   Palace   of  
Jakarta.  The  second  phase  of  the  P1-­‐11  program,  now  in  effect,  is  the  M1  Voucher  to  provide  a  basic  income  for  all  
humanity,   beginning   with   Indonesia.   Both   DBLC   and   M1   Voucher   are   Acceptable   Certifications   acknowledged   by  
the  Supreme  Court  of  Indonesia  and  Non  Litigation  /  Trial  SPRIN  NO.  UN-­‐81704/009  M1.  

UN  Swissindo  will  continue  to  work  with  the  Governments  of  Indonesia  and  the  World,  undeterred,  until  P1-­‐11  are
