• Replace the existing Product Key with the DepEd Product Key
• Generate and email the Installation ID to Microsoft
• Receive the Confirmation Code from Microsoft
• Install the Confirmation Code
4. In the Activation Wizard, select I want to activate the software by telephone, and then select Next. If nothing
happens, use the Enter key on your keyboard.
5. In the Activation Wizard, select Philippines as your country/region.
6. The Installation ID will be shown.
NOTE: Please be careful in copying and pasting the commands, the installation IDs, and the confirmation IDs. Any
missed/wrong input will resort in an error.
3. In Step 1 select PHILIPPINES as the country/region you are calling from.

3. Wait for the response email from the customer service support team with a service request (SR) number within 10
minutes.
4. Reply to the email with the service request (SR) number with the following details. Please copy the ff: persons in sending
this email: carmelita.delapena@amti.com.ph and v-jadeca@microsoft.com.
- School Name
- Excel Spreadsheet with Installation IDs
- DepEd Consent Letter (You can copy paste the image below as an attachment)
NOTE: Please be careful in copying and pasting the commands, the installation IDs, and the confirmation IDs. Any

5. Wait for the response email from the customer service support team with an Excel spreadsheet containing the
confirmation codes.
6. You may call the POC Support team direct phone number and ask for Ryan dela Cruz for follow ups. Sutherland Shift

7. Once you receive the excel spreadsheet with confirmation codes from the customer service support team, you need
to Turn on the PC.
8. The Activation Wizard will appear Automatically, enter the Confirmation codes received:

10. Once you enter the Confirmation ID, enter NEXT and process will be completed.
