Chapter 1 Introduction
The website that I created is to educate the youngster on the danger of obesity. The
website will explain about how obesity can be dangerous for health and many type of steps to
prevent obesity especially to the youngsters. There are a lot of useful information in
multimedia content such as text , image and video on my research .

Obesity is defined of a person having the condition of being fat or overweight. It is

one of the most pervasive , dangerous diseases in need of medical treatment and new
strategies for prevention . There are several methods to determine fat for example Body Mass
Index . Obesity can lead to increase levels of circulating fatty acids and coagulation .

In Malaysia , according to the latest statistics from the National Health Morbidity
Survey (NHMS 2015) in the report, more than 7% of children in Malaysia under 5 had been
identified as overweight. The same survey also found that 8% of children under 5 suffered
acute malnutrition, or wasting

Website is a collection of multimedia content that can be accessible on public via

Internet . Website has many various function such as commercial , education , informative
site , news , personal website .

The goals for this assignment are to increase awareness to youngster and
people on importance of preventing obesity and living in healthy life style .
