Note:
•It takes around 2min from start test to end test for Antenna calibration.
•When execute TEST-ANT, Some vendor's Antenna might return to Zero (a) tilt or
available maximum tilt. It would be mismatched Tilt Angle on RTRv-RET-INF. So
Operator should adjust antenna tilt again using CHG-RET-INF command about some
specific vendor's Antenna.
