Dismantling brick masonry in ground floor in

cement mortar of any proportion including
removing debris to a safe distance and scaffolding

Brick works with first class bricks in cement sand

(F.M. 1.2) mortar (1:4) in exterior walls including
filling the interstices with mortar, raking out
joints, cleaning and socking the bricks at least for
24 hours before use and washing of sand,
necessary scaffolding, curing at least for 7 days
etc. all complete including cost of water,
electricity and other charges (measurement to
5 given as 250 mm width for one brick length and
375 mm for one brick and a half brick length)

Reinforced cement concrete works using steel
shutter with minimum cement content relates to
mix ratio 1:1.5:3 having minimum f'cr = 30 Mpa,
and satisfying a specified compressive strength f?
c = 25 Mpa at 28 days on standard cylinders as
per standard practice, best quality Sylhet sand or
coarse sand of equivalent F.M. 2.2 and 20 mm
down well graded stone chips, making, placing
shutter in position and maintaining true to
plumb, mixing with standard mixer machine with
6 hopper, fed by standard measuring boxes,
compacting by vibrator machine and curing at
least for 28 days, all complete approved and
accepted by the Engineer.

Supplying & fitting fixing MS pointed rod barrier/

fencing at the top of custom boundary wall with
(63mm x 63mm x 6mm) MS angles, 13mm dia
and 103mm long MS tempered spikes @ 50mm
c/c including welding perpendicularly both sides
of rod with MS anchor @ 305mm c/c, both ends
of angle to be welded with the barbed wire
12 fencing posts as required complete in all respects Rm 1200
as per design, drawing No- CE- S/J- 429; date-
23/05/2001 and direction.

Cutting 19mm dia rivets, MS angle by chisel and

Providing 12 SWG galvanized steel barbed wire in
fencing including fitting-fixing with stays or same
size of galvanized wire 152mm apart barbs etc.

Painting to door and window frames and shutters

in two coats with approved best quality and
colour of synthetic enamel paint delivered from
authorized local agent of the manufacturer in a
sealed container, having highly water resistant,
high bondibilty, flexible, using specific brand
thinner applied by brass/roller/spray over a coat
of priming elapsing time for drying including
surface cleaning from dust, oil or dirt,
16 smoothening, finishing and polishing with sand Sqm 2500
paper and necessary tools, scaffolding, testing
charges etc. all complete in all floors approved
and accepted by the Engineer.

On exterior surface applying as per manufacturer

instructions 3 coat of weather coat of approved
quality and colour delivered from authorized local
agent of the manufacturer in a sealed container
17 complete in all respect in all floors and accepted Sqm 15315
by the Engineer.

Labour for fitting fixxing M.S pointed rod barrier

18 fencing at the top of custom boundary wall etc. Sqm 125
as per direction.

Scrapping out and cleaning moss, old colour

wash, smoke marks from wall or ceiling etc.
19 complete (Measurements to be given for Sqm 7660
scrapping area only).

Carriage of glass, released doors, windows, pipes

and other same materials etc. including loading,
