Sales and Promotion for all principals products in the following countries:
o Pakistan.
o Iran.
o Afghanistan.

Scope of Work:
Training for each person for one week:
o Detailed knowledge about MEC
o Detailed knowledge about products (KG Crane + KUHNEZUG + Demag)
o Working procedure of cranes
o They will go for a meeting with customer
o They will do the projects for a week with me.
Marketing strategies:
o Distribution of flyers in Expo
o Email marketing
o Division of industries among each person
o So we can cover maximum and all the industries of Pakistan
o Check customers of verlinde cranes and street crane in Pakistan.
o Shall work on minimum profit to cut the customers of verlinde and street
in the beginning.
Fabrication rate shall be finalized internally !!!
Value added services to customers
o Free servicing of crane after one year of installation for one time only
o Small spare parts free of cost for new customers only
Training to be provided to accounts to keep record of payments of all projects,
material payments, payment made to principal, managing accounts to keep a track
of cost incurred to do a project with material used/purchased.
