To establish the person in-charge in I-ERAP in coordination with the department head, Fire Marshall
(FM) is the designated lead person in each area.

1) Fire Marshalls of the 20 areas must present an Emergency Response Brigade Team based on the chart
below. There should be one team for each group of area (a total of 20 Teams). Number of employees
under the four teams (Search and Rescue, Evacuation, Suppressive and Information) must be 2-4 per
team depending on the employee size of the area.

For your reference in making the Brigade Team, see responsibilities and requirements listed below.
Attends ERAP meeting as representative of the group of areas he/she manages and disseminate
information to his/her members.
In-charge of headcount and reporting of missing employees under his/her area during company-
facilitated drills and during actual emergencies.
In-charge of safekeeping of ERAP violet folder which contains documents and minutes regarding
ERAP meetings and other related documents.
Reporting and coordination with EHS Officer regarding health and safety concerns present in
his/her area.
Assistant Fire Marshall Responsibilities:
Assumes the responsibilities of the Fire Marshall in the absence of the Fire Marshall.
Locates reported missing employees; must have adequate training/knowledge in handling and
transferring victims to the command base.
Guides the employees during evacuation; must know the emergency exits/ escape routes of the
area.
Suppression of fire; must know the proper way to use a Fire Extinguisher (PASS).
Information dissemination to co-employees within the area; must know the Emergency
Evacuation Procedures by heart.
2) Information Team, which has been designated as the Logistics Team, must present an inventory of HLI
ERAP Team’s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other equipment/ supplies used during emergency
response. Coordinate with EHS Officer for the inventory.
Deadline of submission of the list of the names for each Emergency Brigade Team by the 20
Fire Marshalls to EHS Officer is on August 10, 2018.

Tentative schedule of the ERAP 3 Quarter Meeting for 2018 is on the first week of
September.
