Puto Rice cake

4cups rice flour / 2cups 3tbsp baking powder / 1.5 baking powder 1 1/2 cup sugar / 3/4 cups
sugar 1/2 tsp salt / 1/4 tsp salt 2 can aroy-d coconut milk/ 1 can milk Or (1 can gata 2 cups water)
Soak rice flour to gata Kraft cheddar cheese Steam 30minutes

PichiPichi Pichi pichi :

1pack grated cassava (thawed) 1 3/4 cups water, 1 cup sugar and 1tsp lye water. Mix all the
ingredients except the lye water. Pag na mix mo na lahat tska mo ilagay lye water at habang
nilalagay mo lye water haluin mo. Puede mo sya dun sa moulder ng puto at steam mo for about
45mins to 1hr. Let it cool before tangalin sa molder at iroll mo sa grated coconut. Puede pala na
1 and 1/2 lng yng tubig para hinde super lambot and bawasan mo n din lnf ng konti ang sugar

Kutsinta

200g tapioca starch, 250g all purpose flour, 500g brown sugar, 950ml water, 15ml lye water.
Mix mo muna lahat except lye water tapos salain mo. Pag nasala na tska mo ilagay lye water.
Steam mo ng 30mins APF 2cups / 1cup Tapioca 1 1/4 cup / (1/2+1/8) Brown sugar 500g Water
950ml (4 cups of water) Salain bago ilagay lye water Lye water 15ml If using desiccated
coconut: In a bowl, add about a quarter cup of water to half a cup of desiccated coconut and mix
really well. Make it ahead of time, like 30 minutes earlier so it can sit for a couple of minutes to
absorb the liquid, make sure to mix from time to time. Adjust the measurements as needed. If
you need to make more kutsinta, tripple the amount of this recipe to about 30-36 pcs. The ratio of
all-pupose-flour to tapioca flour is 3:1.

Easy Puto Flan / Leche Puto Recipe

few drops of yellow food coloring (optional) Steam Leche flan for 20minutes Add puto mixture
steam for 15minutes
