Vision:
To become a woman
Of prestige and style
A source of inspiration
To most living psyche
Initiating positive transition
To the phyle
Like Cleopatra of the Nile

Despite skepticism and criticism, Cleopatra is one of my inspirational figures since time immemorial.
Egyptian stereotypes to females did not prevent her from achieving her aspiration of becoming the sole ruler
of Egypt.

Cleopatra is a woman deemed with respect by both of her political friends and foe. She begets prestige from
every corner of the world.

The word “style” from the passage connotes for her influence in fashion and trends, even until the
contemporary times. Similar to the celebrities of today, she carefully controlled her public image in Egypt,
leaving her suitors and lovers enchanted by her beauty. She had a taste of pageantry, in which she mixed
modest gowns with seductive Egyptian fashion, like modern designers do. From hairstyles to cosmetics and
jewelry, she has influenced how we run the world today.

Her beauty extends not only on the façade satisfaction, but also to any strategic use. Her prowess captivated
the most powerful men in ancient Rome, leading her to become a powerful icon in Egypt, Rome and other
neighboring states.

Even until today, her power and influence reach people from around the world. She became a symbol of
success in careers, education for women, excellent financial management, heavenly spirituality and modern
fashion. She has become a source of inspiration to every aspect of humanity.

On one hand, being an Egyptian empress, she transformed from a total chaos in political conflicts, civil wars
and famine to be the pumping heart of the world. Without Egypt and without her, trades would be
impossible worldwide.

Moreover, during her reign, Egypt flourished like the plants and flowers along the Nile. Being the center of
East and West, Egypt became a very important emblem of prosperity and development throughout History.

A femme fatale… This is peoples’ description of her. Little did they know, she is not only an enchantress, but
a visionary leader for both of her constituents and her country. This is what I envision for myself.
Mission:
To use my gifts of intelligence
Charisma and positiveness
To inspire confidence
And financial strengths
To the lives of the helpless
While living a life at ease

In order for me to attain my vision, I intend to focus my strengths and capabilities. Afterall, one cannot share
what he/she does not possess. As I believe that I have a unique set of skills and talents, I opt to share it to
foster change and development.

Positive change, for me, is providing every individual an opportunity to obtain full and decent employment.
As an employee of the Department of Labor and Employment, I intend to help the less fortunate bridge
themselves to employment. It is only through employment, either by wage or self-employment, that they
can obtain financial independence and familial stability.

I, therefore, cannot create positive change around me if I am not contented w ith my life. I also mean to
balance every aspect of my life, on career, finances, family, spirituality and overall self-development. It is
only in having a balanced lifestyle that I can achieve self-fulfillment.

Goals:
1. Career: I dream of becoming the Regional Director at the age of 40.
2. Financial: I wish not only to be financially independent, but also to be financially abundant by
becoming an investor in large companies. It may be noted that financial abundance is different from
financial independence. The latter portrays that in order for a person to be financially independent,
he/she must be free of debt and that he/she can afford only to the extent of his needs. The former,
on the other hand, depicts to be luxuriously wealthy.
3. Education: To become a Regional Director, I must be a licensed lawyer in a way that I may be
knowledgeable on ways of improving and protecting the welfare of the unemployed, the
underemployed and the employed. Knowledge on labor laws is necessary in the said department. At
the age of 30, I aim to become a licensed lawyer.
4. Family: I plan of supporting my siblings’ families by not engaging in any marital relationship.
Marriage is chains individuals to a shared commitment and dreams. Thus, some personal dreams of
the individuals may no longer be accomplished.
5. Spirituality: I aspire of maintaining a healthy relationship with God by becoming his instrument in
fulfilling his plans, will and promises to humanity. By joining socio-civic groups, my social
responsibility to God and community is, thus, realized.
6. Physical: Similar to Cleopatra, I desire leaving a mark or contribution in the world that I will always
be remembered. This means that in every task I am given, I have to put my best foot forward.
